I have been visiting since I was a kid when they first opened and they're service and food has never let me down. The food I order isn't always as per the menu and they accommodate to suit me I can't say anything bad about this place. Best Indian restaurant in Luton, the atmosphere and vibe always passes with flying colours. I have been coming to this restaurant since 2001 with my family and more recently with my other half and friends and I cannot recommend them enough. Sadek and his team are one of a kind when it comes to service and general kindness and hospitality. Down to earth staff that really add that unique touch which ultimately makes this, for me, the most enjoyable indian experience. If you haven't enjoyed the amazing dining experience that is the baltistan, then you must.

Came in with my wife on Friday night for a birthday meal. Food was excellent, very very tasty, service was 10/10 very clean and spacious. Chicken Tikka Balti & Sheekh Kebab was the best I’ve tasted. Had to spend the night in Luton to be on time for a flight, got caught up in what we were doing beforehand and staff were very understanding and let us push out booking back. Daal was a smidgen salty but otherwise excellent. General standard of food was very good - it wasn't a "life changing" flavour experience but I'm certain you could go and not be disappointed. Good selection of bottled beers. Friendly staff too. All round good experience, will absolutely go again if I'm in Luton.

Has quickly become our favourite Indian for both eat in and take away. The food is consistently fabulous. We love the selection on the menu. The staff are just lovely, cannot do enough for you, even offering to cook a dish we liked that wasn't on the menu! They also interact with us like we are family/friends it's so welcoming. Highly recommend this place ?

Consistently delicious food! We mostly get takeaways from here, we’ll sized portions and always arrive hot. Sometimes they’ll even throw in a cheeky freebie like a drink or something ?The King prawn dishes are tasty as is the half tandoori. Also recommend the Sunday buffet!

We have been regular visitors to Baltistan for many many years - in the past we have enjoyed the great selection at the Sunday Buffett and the great value gourmet nights!!! We visited as a family of 11 this evening and the food as always was delicious hot and all dishes ready at the same time enjoyed by all the staff were outstanding friendly and attentive Look forward to many more visits!!!

Authentic Bangladeshi food. Went for dinner with family. Stuffs were really friendly. I asked them to make my Biriyani in bangali style. It was delicious. Also lamb curry was so good. Food is 10/10. Must try prawns ? Biriyani.But toilet is not very clean. It's dirty.I couldn't even enter the toilet.
