“I absolutely love the Carribbean food!!!
Ordered 3x portions of Stew chicken for a work colleagues birthday. I called ahead of time and the lady on the phone was very helpful. When i went to collect, the food was ready and packed. I was served by such polite bar lady and had great conversation.
The food was so so tasty, with the chicken falling off the bone and the gravy was lush.
There is parking bays next to it, which makes life so much easier.
Props to Chequers fantastic food. I will be ordering again.”

“Great lunch today, Tuesday 5/8/25. We brought the dog so had booked the separate bar area but that suited us as it was very quiet. Tasty steak served on a pipping hot skillet plate. Desserts were good too. Didn't wait too long and a big portion. Thanks, Sally.”

Bar • “This is my go to pub when I'm in Luton. Great back street local pub that is welcoming to all. They hold music night's, have a good new pool table n decent size garden. Serves ale n part of CAMRA.”
