I placed an order online. After 15 minutes I still hadn't received my order confirmation. I called up the shop and the person then checked and confirmed receipt of the order. Ideally, they should have been on top of this. Anyhow, the shopkeeper was friendly and polite. The food arrived fairly quickly. It was nice. Some may say the portion size was a bit smaller than expected, but it was ok for me (I got the gourjon box). Many thanks.

This place is not a burger boss, more like a burger minion.Firstly I ordered a 6oz cheese burger with an extra patty, which they described as 100% beef and made in house. I received a beef burger with the tiny patties that you can buy in the halal section in Tesco. The burger was also missing pickles and mustard as described. They charged me almost £8 for that without any fries!I ordered 2 other burgers with fries for other people in the household. One was a chicken burger, which had hardly any sauce and was drier than a bowl of sand. The other burger was a fish fillet, this was filled with grease like it was swimming in oil before it was caught, plus drowned with some type of white sauce that was definitely not tar tar. The chips where the only edible part of the meal, but even they tasted old and not fresh in any way.For a place called burger boss they really don't know how to make any burgers.

A burger shop with lack of burger expertise.The burgers were dry and falling apart, had to make use of whatever sauce they provided to try and save it. Chips were soggy and tasted like they were not fresh. Also got onion rings and chicken poppers, both of which were over cooked and lacked any flavour.Would not recommend this place to anyone or even try it again until they take the feedback to improve.(Note: Pepsi cans are from multipack and should not be sold separately!)

This place was beyond awful and would not recommend it to anyone.The burgers were greasy, full of oil and very tasteless. The fries were not fresh and seemed like it was reused from an old batch. They also provide cans that are from a multipack.There were so many problems that I couldn’t even eat all the food.Burger Boss does not care about the quality of their food nor do they want to keep their customers. Stay away if possible.

This place is a scam.The food here is disgraceful, so small for what I paid for especially when I found hair in my burger. The food was tasteless and I disliked everything about my meal. Why would you charge me so much for bland food. Never again.DON'T COME HERE!!
