Even though I want small businesses to grow and usually refrain from negative feedback this experience was bad only due to service. I ordered a coffee and was shocked to see the cup it came in. It was disgusting and had yellow marks when I asked the staff member she said it's due to the coffee machine which is a plain lie as the cup handle was covered in that too. I asked them to change the coffee and she simply poured the dirty cup one in plastic disposable cup. I was shocked to see that. The same staff member was arguing with another customer too.

I recently purchased an Oreo milkshake from your establishment, and boy, was I let down. It tasted nothing like Oreo - more like a plain old vanilla milkshake! Now, don't get me wrong, when I specifically order an Oreo milkshake, I expect it to actually taste like Oreo. it was nowhere to be found to taste like oreo. I just wanted to bring this to your attention because I believe in giving feedback, even if it's not all rainbows and unicorns. As a customer, I trust that I will get what I pay for, and this time, it just didn't happen. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this is something that shouldn't be taken lightly.I won't be recommending your milkshakes to any of my friends or family who are looking for a delicious Oreo milkshake experience. It's a shame, really, because I'm sure there are others out there who would appreciate a true Oreo milkshake.

1. Food came half an hour later than expected.2. Waffles were cold.3. Maple waffle did not have enough maple syrup on it and it therefore tasted extremely dry.4. Asked for a raspberry waffle and received one with strawberries instead.

First visit!Tried chocolate cake, Ferraro rocher cheese cake and peanut chocolate cake.All cakes were good but peanut chocolate cake was the best. ?Ferraro Milk shakes was nice too.Serviced by Mohammed and Essa. Both youngsters were amazing in serving and made me feel special.Definitely a happy customer.

Took the family and have to say customer service was 10/10 all 3 staff members were very kind and well informed of the menu, will definitely be visiting again. As for the food the crepe was one of the best I have eat for what you pay you get more then any competitors. Kids loved the icecreams and cookie dough ??

Zero stars.This place had good potential but as soon as you walk in, it smells, there's a hoover on the table, floors and hygiene behind counter looks dirty and there are piles of rubbish and broken plastic boxes in plain view and the seating area is loaded with rubbish in one corner and is just an eyesore. The employees are unprofessional and don't know how to speak to customers. We were eating in but were given no napkins and paper cup for the ice cream. Also the cutlery was dirty and the custard boat was cracked.The employees chatting among themselves was really unprofessional and adds to the distaste of the the place.It's a good spot for locals to get some dessert but I will not be reccomending this place one bit, you are better off spending money and time somewhere where the workers are much more polite and actually give you napkins and some kind of customer service.

Absolutely disappointing ordered 4 Ferrero milkshakes so bad that there was foil from the wrapper in the shake my little brother choked please be aware these milkshake are not for children unless supervised by an adult

Waffle was good and tasted great however the Pina Colada tasted terrible it was very watery and didn't taste like?or?at all also the portion was too small only half the cup was filled up which isn't an acceptable amount for the price that I regret spending on it and I won't be ordering again??
