Ordering for a while from this brunch,never had issues, just today collected my pizza and was really dry, have called and explained that and received in 20 mins my expected pizza.Well done ?

Didn't have an option to give a 0 start rating. Ordered 2 large pizzas this evening from Wigmore Lane, Luton. On the last bite and we found The Mighty Meaty had 2 dead flies on it. Spoke to the manager Ali who said we can't prove it as we had the pizza. Absolutely appaling. Will also be reporting this to the food hygiene department on the 2nd January. Would request anyone who orders their pizzas from this Domino's branch to check for flies on their pizzas before they start eating. Will be sending this message to Domino's head office and other related governing bodies with pictures accordingly.

Very expensive and most times now the pizza is bland and has little flavour and the wings are absolutely tiny. We have a delivery regularly but last night the driver went past the house 4 times before finally stopping and the person who answered the phone when I asked what was going on was very rude and

Disgrace. I got a pizza which was most likely reheated form a canceled order. Pizza was dry like a sand. Shame on you. Never ordering from this store again!

In the local area needing something gluten free and glad I visited, asked for gluten free base and stressed to the staff please do everything you can to prevent contact contamination, they reassured me they would clean the work area before making my pizza.Don't know what the do differently at this store but it's better than other Domino's I've eaten from.Dietary restrictions: They took extra care when making my gluten free pizza.

Experienced the worst customer service ever from the Wigmore, Luton branch today. After waiting for about 45 minutes after making an order and seeing the order status stuck on ‘prep’, I phoned the store to ask for one of two things - either for it to be sped up or to cancel and give a refund. I was told it would be sped up but another 30 minutes went by and no sign of progress. I called the branch again and was told the order had been cancelled and was given no explanation as to why this had happened! Also I have had no sign of a refund so still waiting for that. I understand that branches may be busy at times but telling customers one thing and then doing the opposite is not acceptable. Dominos need to remember that customers are making a legal transaction - money in return for food, not money in return for nothing!

Collection order placed on mobile app on 22/07/22: they missed to put chicken in tandoori hot pizza ?! Upon realising I rang restaurant and mentioned the problem. Manager was very unprofessional he said I need to visit restaurant to get fresh pizza and can’t deliver it though mistake was on their side. Second option he provided was a pure lie. Said that your next pizza will be free, just ring us any day and you can have one by telling phone number. I believed him was a big mistake!Upon calling next time, he behaved so arrogantly … finally placed order but I realised on collection that it wasn’t free ! I had to pay for it. Telephone orders are mess, person on phone doesn’t understand English and has no customer service experience, behaved as if he is doing big favour on me. Put me on hold up twice ?‍♂️Staff is unprofessional, never had any apologies for messing up twice ! No quality checks in place. Poor customer service.
