Ample parking space, place was tidy and the staff were alright. The pasties however were not proper cold but I think it's down to when they were made.

I usually come with my daughter after i have taken her swimming, we have been two times so far and the person that was preparing my order got my order wrong last time I asked for a cupcake for my daughter and then when she took my payment and I was checking what I had in the Greggs bag I asked if she packed the cupcake and she said no as in her mind apparently I didn't when I know I did as I was getting it for my daughter. Then today when I went I asked for a chicken bake and a pink Jammie, same server again, she asked me twice, not once twice! Of what I wanted and I told her a chicken bake and a pink Jammie. As we was in a rush I didn't check on what she packed I trusted my gut that she packed what I asked for. I get home and I see that I had another chicken bake, I had the chicken bake that I asked for on the bus home. So when I was home I was really looking forward to having my pink Jammie with my drink. I am at a point where I am put off from going to this Greggs after my daughter's swimming

Opening Time are from 7am coming to get some food for a pregnant woman and they're saying will opening at 8am .Asking why no information displayed just sending F.O and shut the door.Thanks ??The best service..

The disabled bay is too far from Greggs and the car next to me was on the line so i was made to go on the line, then received a £100 ticket for incorrect parking when the disabled bays were full (of which are only 2) normal bays are narrow and i need room to open the passenger door.
Parked in Jansel house car park to go Gregg's. I spend a lot of time and money visiting to go the shops at Jansel house but won't be visiting again after a receiving a park ticket.

Ordered on-line for delivery. This isn't the 1st time this has happened when they dispatch the ordered food to the courier incomplete. It is beyond me that someone in the store does not take responsibility for all orders to be checked before being sent out. Very sloppy practices & poor customer service. It is a pain having to go through the process having to request a refund then from Just Eat & not Greggs who are the party on error.

Rushed by lady on the till. She got my order wrong also and when I went back to get the correct thing she rolled her eyes and huffed. No greeting, no “Thankyou have a good day” not a good attitude, seemed she didn’t enjoy her job and other customers were also not happy being rushed off.
