The food that I ordered was very dry and plain. Very small portion for a platter. No sauce included. Never to order again in G’s Gourmet Burgers. It’s a waste of money.

Ordered the el vaquero burger. Gourmet patty was good and flavoursome. Mont cheese, relish and rashers was tasty Large portion of fries and onion rings. Chicken wings were juicy with a sweet and hot marinade packed full of flavour. Would recommend the customer service was great.

My original review is on just eat(now added a pic) (long story short the main issue was i ordered beef and got a lamb burger which i really dislike so couldn't eat it) i recieved a reply from the owner (thank you) but a part of your reply baffled me "It would be difficult to mix lamb with beef as everything is made to order". I agree it would be difficult so I'm not sure how it happened, however unfortunately it was the case this time and i was quite disappointed as i had seen pictures of how nice the food is and you have some very good reviews. I dont think i would return as the main part of my meal was inedible to me (please note it was cooked a little under for me but otherwise really well for others, but i just really can't stand the taste of lamb)I have no way of replying back to your message on just eat which is why i have written this review. Anyway thank you for trying but i dont think i would return as it was alot of money to spend to not be satisfied with the meal.

I ordered through UberEats, the food took an age to arrive and when it did I guess it was someone else's order as nothing was correct. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries, the one burger that did come was cold and the fries were so spicy that they were inedible. Now the restaurant will not answer their phone and everywhere else is closed. If I could give a rating in the negative I would.

This place is totally messed up. Came from windsor visiting family in Luton. Family wanted a Gourmet Burger. This place has 4.2 rating so i thought id give it a go. Placed order at 18:20, at 20:00 they call me to say driver ended up somewhere else. Saaarryyy, he coming another phipteen minutes. 2 hours later food arrives cold and i gave the address with postcode 3 times before that call at 8pm. Called another shop before this (Tiagos) they picked it up and put it down, then no answer when i called. Seriously Luton is one messed up place for food. Long live Slough. And they wanted the full money. What a nerve.

Called them again....more excuses.Re-ordered burgers arrived 2 hrs after we complained (2215!!!) Do not waste your money. Will not be using them every again. Poor value, poor service, poor food.

Came here on a recommendation. Food was excellent. Loved the lamb chops and spicy wings. Burgers were perfectly cooked and flavoured really well. Will definitely be coming again.
Went here with 2 others - The staff are so lovely and kind.The steak was out of this world - the best I've ever eaten along with their sauces which were so nice.Their gourmet chips were freshly cut and fried and were so nice with their freshly cut salad and dipsI live quite a while from there but the food is so good, we go there frequently now.Would 100% reccomend

Worst burgers I've ever had. They were burnt, hard, dry and tasteless. Almost inedible. The buns were hard and dry, like very cheap expired bread. The beef it up had very chewy beef strips that is so chewy you would lose your teeth. It's crazy to think that it's okay to be inside a burger. The food arrived cold, we had to microwave everything. The chips were so bad I had to throw it away. They didn't give free sauces with the meals. The only good thing was the kinder bueno milkshake. I would rate this 0/10. If someone offered me their food for free I would kindly reject. I truly regret this order. I would never order from here again and would tell people to avoid. Absolutely rip off prices and rubbish quality. I feel like I've been scammed. I'd recommend Gourmet Shaks as a better alternative.

Today I made an order the delivery driver try add his own £2 delivery charge I refused to pay the extra and he left with the food. I called the shop and they sed he was wrong but 2 hours later still no food. You have lost a good customer
