The pizza from this place are atrocious got a pizza delivery and the pizza was all burnt. when i spoke to the takeway they said we will do something next time you order. when i said no i want my food today not next time. then said come pick it up and i clearly said i paid for the delivery. The man at the takeway said it wasnt burnt when it left the takeway what a joke. refused to give any refund or send a replacement order to rectify the issue. he cut the call and said do what you want i dont care. I have added a picture of the burnt pizza please save your money and do not get any food from this shocking takeway.

Order placed at 8 pm its currently almost 10pm still no food. Called them over 20 times, phone always busy. Avoid at all costUpdate at 10.40pmDelivery driver arrived. I've refused to take the food since I had food from other restaurant by now.Advised him to give the food to anyone in need, plenty people on the street.Called the main number right after and surprisingly their phone line is now available. Person answered the phone and confirmed I can refund on uber eats. Will see tommorow and keep this updated.Asked what was the reason for over 2 hours delivery time and they hung up.Conisider twice before ordering here, never had this problem with them before but this was too much.

Very very bad service.. food arrived cold and 45 minutes late. I made an order at 6 pm for 7:30pm and it arrived incomplete at 8;15…a joke. I tried ringing the restaurant for updates but they pick up 1 in 10 phone calls so it was a miracle when they picked up at 8:10 saying the food will be 2-3 minutes. Missing items!! meaning one of us had nothing to eat… avoid.
******* My review is only and only on the quarter pounder and pizza *******The quarter pounder strangely was nice , at first it looked dry but i tucked in and then enjoyed it ... would i recommend it ? Yes and i would get it again to be honest ... this one really caught me off guard , i wanted to go back and order another one ... well done :) and only £2 ! ( bread was really fluffy )The pizza was huge (15in) and was only £7 ... we couldn't finish it ... tbh it wasn't great and wasn't bad ... it was decent but i wouldn't go out my way to get it again.All in all id go back to get the quarter pounder only ... worth it !

I always get food from here since it’s been under new management. The staff is kind and the service is great. The food is amazing, tastes good and also value for money.I would recommend trying it out.
