Really bad management and communication! A complete lack of respect for customers. We booked this restaurant for a birthday party 2 weeks before. During that call I asked if the restaurant would be open since it was Good Friday and I was told that it would be by 2 separate colleagues. I gave my name and number during the booking and thought the matter was over. As a precaution only I called to confirm the booking the day before only to be told by a staff that they were closed. The phone was hung up abruptly with no further explanation.No one had called us to inform us of the changes despite having my contact details. We won’t recommend this Resturant.

Parking: Difficult to find the parking but staff came and guided us to the parking. Very friendly staff and delicious south Indian food. Great value for money.

We had food from this restaurant’ we got really bad experience’ foods are really bad especially beef curry meat is old I feel ‘ and bad atmosphere very loud irritating music ‘ I think there is no professional chef inside that kitchenAnd table are not clean ‘ always seen 2 rats on floor ‘ plates has som waste of foods ‘ service are really bad and delay’ I think these guys are faking with Kerala food ‘ genuinely I’m saying that we had many Kerala foods from uk they all take good initiative for making good food through people ‘ but we can’t compare this restaurant with any small Indian restaurant s ‘ utter nonsense they supplied to us’ not cleaned washrooms ‘ I have seen two rats passed on the Kitchen doors really got disappointed

Her warm hospitality truly elevated our dining experience to another level. Shurthy's attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and knowledge of the menu made us feel incredibly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our meal.Not only did she ensure that our orders were served promptly, but she also went above and beyond to accommodate any special requests we had. Her genuine passion for providing excellent service was evident in every interaction we had with her.

A wonderful restaurant in Luton, UK. Breakfast in the morning unlimited buffet with the cost of £9. They are providing unlimited breakfast including Iddly, Dosa, Oothappam, Poori, Vada, Kadala Curry, Sambar, Chutney, Lime juice, Tea and coffee. We enjoyed a lot. The attitude of the staff is excellent. Very nice and kind staff. Especially Ms. Angel. She has very good customer service. Whatever we asked, they will give immediately and with a smiling face. A high quality restaurant in the UK. I can refer this. Satisfying food, kind care and reasonable prices.

Either we ‘ve been terribly unlucky or the chef had a bad day because the food was really bad! The butter chicken was nothing like what it was supposed to be: the chicken was really hard and the sauce was very oily, not even the slightest trace of butter…. Unfortunately one of my friends started feeling a little sick to the stomach. And I do love Indian food…..
