Fastest service I've had in mcdonalds in years! Nicest mcdonalds toilets I've ever been in - they even smelled nice! Only slight negative was yet again no receipt paper in the self service machine, this means you have no record of your order number, this is standard for mcdonalds nowadays

Food was good, normal McD stuff, but service and cleanliness were excellent. Staff is friendly, polite and professional, especially Anna and Andreea, order was served very quick, will come again. One of the best McDonalds in Bedfordshire, no doubt.

Amusing thing, the toilets are upstairs, but the number of people who try to go to the disabled toilet (it's locked, as they come out 5 seconds later) is "interesting" You only have to ask for the disabled toilet.

Utter chaos, tables disgusting, food all over the floor, ran out of some of children's options. Admittedly it was a Saturday afternoon and location on a busy Leisure Park but no excuses. Must be making a fortune so can afford to employ more staff.

Chaul end mc donalds must be the worst one in all of the uk. I travel for work and when I'm in Luton pop in to get lunch but the staff don't have a clue got my order wrong three times. Every time I go to this place I have issues. Every where else in the uk never had a

I've never known anywhere to get quite so many orders wrong, but the good thing is that the staff are extremely helpful and put any problems right without question. Quite how someone could mistake a chicken burger for a beef burger still puzzles

Carried out a online order for collection. Food was prepared once on site.Staff serving the food could be more friendly and polite. Just called number and kind of slid the bag over in a rough manner. A bigger bag or 2 bags would have been better than cramming the food in 1 bag then not being able to close it.
