This has got to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Something needs to be done about the beggars that hang around at night, asking for money. Nobody wants to be harassed by beggars for drug money while they’re eating their dinner. I think it’s about time this branch employed some security guards seen as they need it more than anywhere else. It’s so off putting. Sort it out!

I think this particular branch takes pride in being poor and unprofessional because they don't care, their manager Rebecca is rude and unhelpful, staff are poorly trained and never look happy to be there and they cut corners and just brush off every issue with free food which doesn't really help when you've had a bad experience, I ordered through Ubereats who were reluctant but obliged to help me get a refund not full but a refund on the missing items which was packed and sealed in a bag by McDonald's who yet again absolved themselves from the responsibility claiming that they could not find my order, after I told them that I had several items missing and my food was cold and poorly packaged, they couldn't even bothered to put my hash browns in separate holders, bottom line is that they don't care not one bit you will have difficulty trying to complain
Never seen such a dirty place. The man store manager behind the till when I ask him why u not clean the surface of the screen or not use gloves when u touch the food . The answer was quick cancer. Well done as I am taking this mater to council health and safety department to see it this rut can’t joke with people.

Orders were not being given out they were getting cold on the side the staff members were ignoring the customers and being rude the way the customers treat you is a reflection of the services you provide if you want the customers to be nice give them good customer service . Very busy store headoffice needs to look at inputing more hours in this store for sure

I had mcplant meal today this was the first time I visited this place it was the worst experience my food got completely cold my chips were hard and the burger was cold. Waste of my money on this meal. Will never come back to this please.
