The lady at the counter was very rude. She literally handed over burnt coffee. And the food was ridiculous, the chicken samosa was full of raw carrots.. tasted awful. I wonder y this bankery even exists. Don't waste your money.

Cheaper than Simmons but just as good. One particular server needs to brush up on her customer care and talk civil to customers. Nearly didn't return because of the way she spoke to me.

The coffee's are tiny and overpriced, the bread and cakes are really nice, they have a loyalty card on display but don't try and encourage customers to use it, the staff are all lovely.

I am now very disapointed in this Pauls Bakery Outlet.On the last 5 occioniouns I have driven 4 miles to buy a small white loaf.I have been unsuccesfull on each visit.The last straw was this morning, 8.25 am, on a Saterday morning.Sorry, we have sold out. AT 8.24 am IN THE MORNING.I challenged that that was unreasonable for a local baker.That was repondeded to as, as we open at 8 and thier is a que.Like its my fault that I did not que.From being very user friendly, it has now resorted to only bakeing every two day and selling old stale cakes.AVOID...

Had a lovely delivery of baguettes, rolls, hot cheese and onions rolls and a mixture of donuts, tray bakes and cakes! Absolutely delicious! Everything went down really well with the family as a lunch time treat along with a nice cup of tea! Definitely a nice addition to the area.

Amazing place and top service to match! My first (defo not my last) visit to Paul’s Bakehouse, I got a bap made with chicken and salad and a massive donut!! Both tasted so amazing and fresh! The donut was lush! It was stuffed with lots of fresh cream!! I’ll defo be going back. So happy I found this place.
