This time ordering Food was not tasty at all. Chicken wings almost burnt. And no Peri-Peri salt which you pay extra for what it let down normally this place is okay. The half chicken meal deal had no flavour. When do food arrived it was cold.

Has been ordering at this place online and the food is good. But I decided to dine in one day only to realise they got the worst staffs especially at tills. The lady in the till had no smile while I was ordering my food and later she gave me something different from what I order and when I complained about the issue she started to arguing with me.Just looking at reviews at the restaurants it's true that I am not the only person who has experienced this. Hope the management gives a training to the staff.

Been there today at 03:00 .There food is ok no complain against that but the ladies on the till and all other stuff doesn’t have any smile on their faces.So unprofessional behavious .Seems like they are so distrubed by serving people here .Really bad service couldn’t expect it.

Went there last week and it wasn’t the best experience. The new sweet chilli sauce tastes like fairy liquid leaves a weird tasting in your mouth, the chips were over cooked and I asked for garlic and the lady gives me mayo smh. They’ve changed their recipe need to bring the old sauces back won’t be coming back

The lady with spects on the till is very rude she doesn't care about customers and they are all gang of ladies always chitchating each other. they do everything except work so immediately change the people specially the spects one if not you will loose many customers.

Their food is nice but their recent change of sweet chilli sauce is really disappointing and there's a nasty taste it leaves in the mouth especially when I am paying for the sauces...without the chilli sauce its hard to have the food...the owner or the management should look into this matter...other than that the Asian lady with specs on and their customer services is really good...looks like a really hardworking good bunch of freindly team they have working there.

There is a asian women with glasses at the till she is so arrogant and disgusting i have seen her behaving so nice with British people when it comes to asians and other races she doesn’t care about them and speaks so rudely the owner of this branch should take action and relocate her positon from the till to cleaning bathrooms or the kitchen.. i would never suggest this shop to anyone
