Took ages and the shop was empty?! My pizza came out burnt and very oily which was served on a paper plate. The oil seeped through. The meat based pizza was absolutely salty I was so disappointed. I spend £18 in 2 small pizzas and 2 drinks which is so not worth it. And please clean your tables and chairs!

Food was very good we had beef mandi and beef biriyani - both very good and good quantity , service very slow , need more man power as it was very slow .

Best Malabar Biriyani in UK. The beef malabar biriyani was so good that the beef almost melted in our mouth. Even chicken was good and they use kaima rice. We tried kappa fish curry as well which was really good. All Malabar style. The taste felt authentic and its like a hidden gem. We also tried Chai Link which had tasty kerala snacks.

I ordered chicken biryani but was given some boiled rice with chicken- to make things worse food also had hair in it.

My takeout experience from this restaurant was a complete letdown. I eagerly ordered the chicken mandhi dish, only to discover at home that they forgot to include any chicken. It's frustrating to pay for a specific item and not receive it. The lack of attention to detail and the inconvenience have left me with a negative impression. Definitely not the kind of service I expected.

Got biryani and it was definately not nice- was just boiled rice with chicken on side - it used to be good- definitely wouldn’t recommend it. Staff also rude.

My first experience with pizza link was good, then the quality of beaf Mandi nowadays is going down.I will never eat from their any more.

Can't say it is a true arabic mandi; it is almost identical to the spicy mandi served in Kerala excellent dining room; polite and welcoming staff; overall good experience.

This place is a hidden gem in the mall. They sell a variety of pizza options, and also offer curry. We waited quite a while for the food to arrive at the table, but it was worth the wait as it was delicious! The pizza was one of the best and was so cheesy. A friend had the mutton curry and said the portion size was big and the taste was amazing. We will be back!

I recently dined at Pizza Link and tried their chicken mandi. While the rice was quite good, I was somewhat disappointed with the dish as a whole. Unfortunately, I didn't feel that it captured the authentic taste of chicken mandi that I was expecting. The chicken lacked the expected flavors, and it left me wanting more in terms of taste and authenticity. However, the restaurant ambiance and service were pleasant, so I might give other items on their menu a try in the future.

Before I even entered the store the man at the front was picking his nose.. with no gloves on. I wanted to see if he would still serve me without washing his hands and he did. They are only nice to first time customers. Refuse to give a bag if you do not buy ‘enough food’. Disappointed with the service. Only nice thing is the seating area.
