It's a 24/7 shop which is a great thing. They have almost everything in stock. Not good in terms of customer interactions. The sales person behaves rudely sometimes.

Do not use this shop for sending any parcels especially if u are sending them in there original boxes. In the last month I have had 6 parcels completely disappear from this shop and all of them was never collected by the courier. The guys in the shop are thieves

I went to return an item back to Amazon through Hermes but the boy behind the counter was so rude!!! Is that the customer service you provide!!! Most of the time when you go they have EarPods in their ears and they are on the phone while dealing with you or they are chatting loudly with each other. Many times you have to shout at them. They don’t even bother to look at you and speak so rudely!!! This type of customer service is absolutely unacceptable!!!
