Rooms are not of the quality of what you'd expect from Premier Inn. A very dull and average hotel compared to its counterparts.Had an issue within our room where we found some ants. They were on the headboard and God knows where else. Couldn't find anyone at the front desk so had to complain later as we had an early flight.Told Premier Inn and they investigated to eventually tell me I am in the wrong and they wouldn't acknowledge they had ants in the room. This was despite the photo evidence I had. No refund or apology. Awful customer service from this location. Stay there only if you must.

Pleasent stay in a good location before traveling from London Luton, however good value for money.Rooms were looking a little tired, check in staff were not friendly and our shower plug was blocked causing you to shower in 3 inch of water.

Uneventful stay, but this is an older Premier Inn. It's a bit rough around the edges and could do with a refurbishment, especially the bathroom floor which looked very tired.About a 10 minute walk to Luton Airport station.I'd still recommend if need a hotel the night before a flight and I'd stay again, but definitely not to the same (normally very high) standard of other Premier Inns

Perfectly located near the airport and Luton City centre. Ideal for early morning flights or returning late at night. Parking was just over £6 for the night. Comfy beds, basic amenities in the room like toiletries and tea, coffee, hairdryer etc. You need to ask for an iron.

Don’t normally post poor reviews, stayed here prior to half term flight, firstly it’s non walkable to the airport, you need to get a taxi (£6-8) to get there. It’s possible to walk from Luton Airport parkway station, takes 10-15 mins. The worst part was the state of the bathroom, someone else’s dried poo left on the seat!

I stayed for one night on the 19th of January. As has been said by a previous review, Bronwyn, on reception, could not have been more helpful. The location could be better as there the shuttle bus had been discontinued and it cost more to use the rail shuttle, though this was good as far as it went. It was quite a walk from the station to the hotel with a case and bag. I didn't use the restaurant on site (different building) but walked back towards the station to the MacDonalds.Rooms: I had to get help with the heating but this was where Bronwyn was so helpful, a real gem.Food & drinks: The on site restaurant seemed a little pricey, from the menu and was very busy, being open to the general public.

Overnight before we went on holiday, did what we needed.

A good premier inn like most of them.

it's a room to get your head down that is about all i can say. rooms are very dated and have no usb charging point in the rooms depending when you use a shower and who else is depends on how much comes out the end. extractor fan in bathroom is soooo loud, but on a positive note rooms do have aircon.the beefeater next door very good although very busy and on some occasions I have not been able to get a table.parking is NOW chargeable this has only recently changed.it's certainly not in walking distance of the airport so why it calls itself premier inn Luton airport I don't know.overall rooms could do with a face lift and if you love the smell of weed then this is the hotel for you.staff very friendly which isn't always the case with premier innNoteworthy details: parking is not free

I understand that it's a budget hotel, but the clogged sink, long black hair everywhere, windows that can't be closed, damaged air conditioning controller, undercooked bacon, cold coffee from the coffee machine, and burnt croissants are too much. The Premier Inn in Peterborough where I stayed 2 weeks earlier was incomparably better.

Perfect just before you fly out everything was great. One thing to watch though is the taxi the one we had dropped us off20 minutes from the terminal that's not a fault of premier inn but watch
