Very friendly staff and clean rooms. I am so grateful to all of them as they always try to help in anyway possible they even opened the breakfast at 4am for our religious requirements during Ramadan, which was extremely thoughtful and caring of them. They have been very helpful and kind during our entire stay.Nearby activities: Great location

Close to town centre. Rooms in need of refurbishment, also cleanliness quite poor , but beds are comfy. Good value for money.

It's a premier inn and has parking at the NCP car park next door which is free for guests. They have a restaurant but we didn't eat there.Rooms: We're clean and had it's own ensuite which was also clean.Noteworthy details: The staff were friendly

A good central venue, but staff on duty fairly sparse, good breakfast though.

Booked a room at wrong date by mistake, arrived tried to book in, spotted the error, agreed to pay higher rate for the actual night I needed, they cancelled my room but would refund the original booking although clear error. Not ideal customer service for genuine error.

The location is good in the town centre walking distance from the mall! However this has to be the most undesirable location of the Premier Inn's that I have stayed at... Even for 1 night. The service was okay one lady and one chap at the bar were friendly and helpful but I was not satisfied with the rooms and rundown appearance of the hotel. The first room we were allocated had not sheets on the other bed (booked twin room) and there were no sheets available to make the bed myself!! The second room had a window that remained permanently open! So no I will not ever book a room here again. This hotel needs a revamp and is probably very well used based on its location. Parking is next door and it's freezing but again the NCP carpark is small and crammed so be warned!

I will give 4 stars. Only because 2 nights out of my 5 night stay, I had to wait rather a long time to be served in the restaurant. Had to wait for nearly an hour for a table one night. Even after I pre booked. However, the rooms are clean and warm. The staff are lovely.Special thanks to Manda and Courtney. They always make the stay more pleasurable with their kindness and patience.Rooms: Standard rooms. Very clean.

Well where does one begin with this premier Inn based in Luton. Very friendly staff however the Deputy Manager (Manda) becomes a little over familiar.. I guess she means well and is very much so down to earth. The room was horrific in terms of warmth. It was like a fridge! So incredibly cold.We asked for the heating to be put on however because we'd gone out for the evening. The heating turns itself off. We came back and the room was even colder than before. So much so, I slept in pyjamas but with the addition of wearing my Moncleur coat which was very padded! NEVER have I had to sleep in my coat in a hotel room. Shocking really.Breakfast was good.Rooms: Do not stay in room 206. Its freezing and the toilet stopped flushing ? NOT GREAT AT ALL.Plus, at breakfast we overheard guests state that their room was TOO HOT !
