Very poor coffee and over the top price. Food also ott prices and they replaced eatin vs take away prices to club vs other , so without club membership, prices are 1.3 times and more.

They have the best drinks ? I wish the queues weren’t so long though but it’s an airport! They have two at luton, one before departures and one after.

Busy but efficient, line initially looks long but goes down pretty fast, you need to stay at the right side of the till to get the drinks as it’s very busy but overall ok.

Nice coffee. Unfortunately plenty of people are sleeping in the shop (which leaves less space to sit). Uncomfortable.The opening hours on the Web page are wrong.

Absolutely appalling. £8 for a sandwich???? Service and quality is nothing like I’m used to at Pret on the high street. This establishment at Luton airport is so typical of rip off Britain. I thought Pret was morally superior to this greedy mentality.

i have the pret subscription which i pay £30 a month for. every time i get it i customise it to my liking… today as well as other days i was denied extra juice in my drink by the manager kasha since it’s not the “procedure”. i’ve also asked for less ice and got the WHOLE drink filled with it. it tastes like flavoured water and even that is a stretch. there’s also a new guy on the till who’s attitude stinks, not only does he roll his eyes, speak under his breath but never says thank you or please, basic manners, however i never got his name. it doesn’t cost anything to be nice or polite, but it costs me £30 a month to have my drink thrown in the bin because it’s got no taste. sort it out…

Ramona provided us with the best service we have ever received, she's was so friendly and attentive. She was so lovely to us as a family and went above and beyond to make sure we were okay after missing our flight which was even more appreciated as we have a 4 month old. (she was happy to gave us some hot water to feed our baby too). She went above and beyond for us and the coffee was great!

Absolutely awful customer service. Would give them zero points if it is was possible to do so. Training is clearly non-existent. Shouty, pushy staff trying to push customers to place an order without giving them time to think. Seen this tactic being used at several Prets lately...Absolutely awful. Avoid. Service at Starbucks was much better, but overpriced.
