Ordered from their job literally got food poisoning from them ordered 20 wings they gave less wings and added chicken leg pieces, the smell of wasn’t good either and got food poisoning from it, I will contact health services to investigate this shop. I do not recommend it to anyone at all avoid at any cost.

Foods is so rubbish, and this is not the worst part the service is so rude, if you ask for napkins or sauce they make you feel like you asked their kidneys. Never going back…save your money from this

Thieves all of them ..ordered once...got missing food, contacted them, got through tried to explain to person who has no understanding of any english so gave up and promised to never go back .2 months later i thought i would give them 2nd chance...NO SUCH LUCK...ordered again missing food, didnt even bother complaining as it seems the people on the end of the phone dont have the slightest idea of anything and are all incapable of carrying out simple tasks like putting correct food with correct orders.Take my advice DONT ORDER from this shop as you will regret it.Waste of time could give zero stars if i was allowed.

Me and my friends been here for dining,ambience is really bad,no cleanliness. Have seating of 4 but there is no neatness so we have taken takeaway. Ordered fiery bucket which contains 20 spicy wings,4 strip burger, 4 fries for 24.99£Quantity is good,but no quality. Chicken wings taste very bad. Burger is ok not up to the mark, fries is good. Not worth for money

Ordered online.FOOD WAS STONE COLDThey have a history of not using insulated bags even though just eat requires them too!I paid a massive Markup and for what effing cold food not a little cold really cold like leftovers like it had been sitting car with the windows open for 30 mins in winter.Appalling

We(me and my friends) usually buy chicken wings from sams, likewise we bought 20pc today. When I tasted it, at the very first bite itself I felt it’s not the usual smell or taste. Me and my friends couldn’t eat it anymore, so we took the box back to sams burger. We were politely first asking why is it tasting so bad today, usually it isn’t like that.. one worker who was in the till in night shift..said this is a famous shop.. everyone is eating the same thing.. so take it back.. we were not even asking for exchange or refund initially.. but they were so harsh at us.. no matter what or who all customers deserves to be respected the same way as you want to be treated.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Run by complete mick takers. Ordered a variety bucket, asked specifically for some thigh pieces. They sent us literally all drumsticks. Never in my life have I ordered a ‘variety’ bucket to only get drumsticks. So angry right now!! Do not order here it’s a complete joke. Out of 6 pieces you chose to give 5 of them as drumsticks.Food was stone cold on arrival!
