Limited to 39.64l of diesel, no signs anywhere to tell me this before filling up, when I questioned this at the till, the bloke behind the till was very arrogant and snotty about it saying it's a sign of the times, I should of just gone up to asda 2 mins away

If i could rate this place on a minus i would. The most ignorant personel we've ever encountered ANYWHERE in any country. Did not let us fuel up because we are with a foreign car. Absolute joke.

In the last 4 months the automatic car wash it was never worked, all the time is the same answer is not working. Anything else was fine.

Always come to shell to use fuel but recently when I have used Eaton green road there’s this Indian guy Jenith with glasses who’s a bit of a dope guy who doesn’t know how to count he has been rude with me twice and has bad customers service I have literally topped full tank which is 72 pound and I had full change counted 60 and written 60 by bank guy had the nerve to say it’s not and hid the money he had done my head in wouldn’t ever come back there as they scamming customers he had even taken extra money from me wen it’s not meant to very disappointed and rude jenithWould put zero but not letting me

For the last 2 years from time to time I go there to get some petrol and the toilets never work all the time broken or there's another made up stuff..

Honestly I was disappointed ?. Since this place is named shell, I was expecting to be able to buy sea shells ?. If you want shells you're better just going to the beach ⛱. Restock your shells or I will not be back. Very good petrol though. Would give 3.2 stars if possible. 4 is too much.
