This is Luton airport so not a very friendly place so went to Starbucks to get a drink. Andrea overheard me saying i am not a fan of coffee and when my turn came she recommended the new Seasonal chocolate drink which was delicious. Andrea herself has a kind and caring personality and smile which is a breath of fresh air in this hostile environment. Surely a great employee . Say thank you on my behalf.

The coffee it was excellent, and the staff very nice and polite, I bought a ice mocha and because they saw I didn't like it , the ladies offer me a starbucks Caffè for free. Plus you have a place where you can charge your phone, witch for me it was very important having a connection flight and I had to wait 11hours..

Sri Sai, Mohan and Ganan have offered us to try the new Bischoff Latte whilst waiting for our flight to Lithuania at Luton Airport’s waiting area. We were warmly surprised. The Bischoff Latte was very delicious and would like to purchase a full size cup:) thank you very much for the treat guys top customer service.Starbuck’s is our most favourite coffee brand anyway:)
