I am student and I have subway points I have nearly 4k points and the I want sub through my points but this subway employer told me there app scanner not work how can any subway till working without scanner your employee is fool or what and the employer name is RAJ may be so how you run your subway if you don't know how to satisfy customer and don't have equipment that's and excuse because he don't want to give me I am mailing subway about this improve your customer service

Plenty of seating, good choice of baguettes/wraps or salad. Good variety of filling choice for meat eater or vegetarian/vegans. Sweet of muffin, cookie, or crisps. And wash it all down with fizzy pop, which is self-service, bottle drinks, or something hot.

This one star rating is not for food.We received rewards coupon from subway and it dose mentioned the expire date is 16/04/2023 but the guy working yesterday ( 18/03/2023 around 19:00 ) is not aware of the reward Coupon and he did not even checked after taking this and said it’s not valid in a very rude manner as if we have asked him give a free sub.There should a minimum customer service because getting into a role were your serving people in food industry.Hope the manager of this subway need to teach their staff how to behave while serving a customer even they buy something for 1£ it matters.We are regular customers for subway but will never go to this place again.

Twice this week the guy working has locked the door 30 mins before close time whilst on his phone. Just so he can finish earlier. This is so unprofessional. I let it go the first time as he apologised - But then 2 days later he done it again.
