Staff member on 26/09 @ 8:40pm gave really slow and a ‘I can’t be asked’ service like he didn’t want to be there. Took longer than usual in any subway I have been to. And customer service is a must, as I am a manager at Sainsbury’s. Check my linkedin.

Clean and good range of products. Staff distracted by Uber Eats order so started making that in the middle of our families meal. This resulted in a long lag between first (toasted) sub and final sub being ready. Similarly also meant the subs were thrown together rather than the careful placement you expect from Subway. E.g. all the cheese at one end, main filling on the crease of the sub so it fell apart when picked up, sauce not even.It was just rushed due to more focus on the Uber eats customer rather than everyone equal.Not bad, just no way near the standard I'm used to at subway.Vegetarian options: Excellent vegetarian optionsKid-friendliness: Good choices for kids and easy for them to customise

Disrespectful staff , After taking the order they are saying that dine is not allowed as we are closed . Why did you even take order when you are closed . Am i exepected to eat foot long sub with some sides on the road . Was there for a movie in galaxy mall .The sub was also roasted to black and hard , even after timer is completed no one came to remove the sub from oven for long time , which is obviously going to be badly roasted and cracking taste .Would never recommend this .

The staff at the galaxy shop Luton are so rude not very helpful , like they can't be bothered with the customer I went with a 1 star as you can't do zero, the workers should learn customer service from your other branches where nothing is to much

Absolute laziness from these people. I ordered nachos with extra chees instead of salsa. The guy says he can't put extra; to then put salsa when i said not to and f all cheese. Never ordering from here again, it should be shut down. The other 2 provide much better service. Not to mention also charged an extra 30p for the so called "extra" stuff he "added"

Went in here for breakfast today morning and was served by a very moody gentlemen. I felt like I didn’t have a chance to choose what i wanted because he seemed very intimidating, and moody. Customer service was extremely poor, he didnt even try to explain the meal deal offer and went to charge me more than what i bargained for. Will not be going back here!

Less people than usual in the past but it's because the big pub next door is open now with more seats so of course hehe people go there more do the scene there and the workers aren't/don't feel the same but still good food. Thumbs Up!
