Asked for a foot long meal however the staff had turned off the drinks Despenser and wanted an extra 30 p for a bottled drink. Explained that I wanted a cup drink however they said as the machine was now off I would have to pay extra as they were only serving bottles. The store shut at 8 pm and this was 3 hours before closing. Also stated that it was cash only. When asking for salad, noted that they had virtually no salad made up and declined to make anymore but still charged the same. Really shoddy service. I won't be going back to that branch of Subway.

The best subway branch in Luton. The plus point is that all the meat is HALAL. Their staff is really friendly and provide you the best service.It has clean environment either to dine in or takeaway.Cleanliness 10/10Taste 10/10Staff 10/10Though this branch is far away from my home. But I prefer going there rather than going to the nearest one. ?

I'm never coming here again they tried to overcharge me extra?£11.99 when the footlong meal deal is £9.99 and the man taking the order said it was because I had ordered extra meat or something so they tried to scam me also they barely give enough toppings or sauce on the subs either.

I haven't been at this branch for for at 3 years. Standards had dropped and took custom elsewhere. Tried again today. Under new management and amazing service. Was served by a gentleman called Perth. Brilliant service. Explained my dietary requirements (allergies) and accommodated really well. Would definitely use again. Keep it up lads.

The most miserable staff you will find on the planet.It seemed like I had wrecked their day by walking in and placing an order.These 2 guys working behind the counter today 5th December 2022 between 14:30 and 14:45 are the most miserable staff you will come across.They certainly need retraining on how to smile and provide customer service.Food was ok……..
