My family's favourite Turkish restaurant in Bedfordshire the service is outstanding family platter £75 for family of four. Drinks and water are not included the staff are friendly. Finishing the meal with turkish tea and baklava was delightful.

As a family, we visited Turkish Best Grill. Before going in, we confirmed that they would provide a VAT receipt at the end of our payment.Upon leaving the restaurant, they provided us with the bill, but we asked again to make sure we would receive the VAT receipt. However, we were told that the bill was the receipt. I explained that a receipt should include a VAT number. One of the waitresses responded rudely, saying that she only had that bill. The conversation took a funny turn when another staff member joined in while I was speaking.The food was delicious, but the customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. Having worked in a restaurant for 10 years, I know that the main focus should be on customer service and resolving any issues to satisfy the customers, rather than just saying "What can I do, I don't have a VAT receipt?" It's unbelievable that a place cannot provide a VAT receipt to its customers after taking their payment, especially when I mentioned it upon entering. My company was supposed to pay for my meal if I provided a VAT receipt. In this unacceptable situation, I had to pay £47 out of my pocket.Was it right for the staff to call the bill a receipt when it didn't include a VAT number?

The food was amazing, as always. I’ve been 6 times before today and never had this sort of thing happen however I nearly walked out today before our food got taken to the table.First, the “overly-friendly” waiters behaviour was absolutely shocking. He constantly came up to my toddler squeezing his cheeks, kissing his head and hugging him, even after my toddler expressed a dislike to the mans presence, then he took the dummy out his mouth but eventually left us alone for 5 minutes. However, he ended up coming back up to the table again giving us unsolicited advice about how to raise our toddler and kept switching the phone off which my toddler was using to watch YouTube on.We went out to enjoy a nice meal not get bombarded with a waiter who didn’t know boundaries and was kissing strangers babies or giving his unasked opinion about someone’s child.I love this place but I can honestly say that I will never be able to come here again after today. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff.

Was very disappointed with service, we sat their place our order, it was almost empty few minutes later another group came they placed order after some long wait they got their food but we didn’t, it was almost an hour then i went to counter and inquired about my order unfortunately they hardly know English then he called same girl who took order from use and they were talking in Turkish then I realised they must have forgotten about our order although there was on 2 customer in that restaurant, very strange behaviour and most annoying thing they gave me reason for not preparing my order is that “because other customers have big order that’s why we gave them priority “ it was so humiliating if we were four people and they are 6 persons obviously their order will be bigger then use but what kind of this service, better we should go to a restaurant where they know to give respect to customer nit to order size, so we left but they charge use for drinks, never recommend to visit unless you are ready for a big order according to their standards
