Good food at a very reasonable price considering you're a captive audience in Aqua Sana Spa! Afternoon tea special from 3-6pm is especially good - any special cake/desert and a coffee/tea or similar for just £7.25. Staff were friendly and service was quick.

Vegetarian options: Excellent food with wonderful service from Tom,Maggi and Laura at the customer services front line desk. She went out of her way to call the security to arrange a " pick up " of the disabled visitors to their 332 lodge . Excellent ,personal service with a smile in the pouring rain.Full marks to her.Great, friendly and a WOW happy to serve service Would recommend Laura to all.Parking: Local parking

My waitress Erin has got to be one the of best waitresses I have ever met. She was attentive, helpful and very friendly! We will definitely be visiting again! Food was 10/10 defo recommend the pasta!

It might be my fault that I was envisioning Vitale Café being more of a tranquil, calming experience. It was maybe the loudest lunch I’ve ever had, with wood floors and hard low ceilings, and tables spaced close together. It actually reminded me of a university lunch hall just after class is out - basically the opposite of what you want headed into a calming spa.My wife and I had afternoon tea, it was certainly sub par with only a few very poor sandwiches and overly sweet cakes. But at £22.50 I guess it’s more about low cost vs high quality. You must flag down a server, but once the take your order the food comes quickly.Bottom line is the cafe is likely “fine” during off peak times or when it’s nice enough to sit on the terrace. Come between 12-3pm and expect a frenzied experience that will put you on edge.

Steven at the Almafi restaurant made our meal fabulous. Whilst the food is very average he was so full of character that we totally enjoyed our evening. He definitely made the night. Woburn centre parcs is a great place but some prices are hiked too much. We love that you know what you’re getting. A pint though is a lot at £6.50 a pint. We enjoy coming with family and just friends. Family we can book into tennis etc for teens or younger kids swim play parks etc. with friends we can chill and chat.

Had a lovely break from start to finish, it was so relaxed, no queues, clean venues, lovely staff. We used the swimming paradise, bowling at the leisure bowl and several retail outlets. We would definitely recommend Center Parcs to our family and friends!

Great place, lots to do, great staff in all places. Spa facility great! Just keep an eye on the service charge which is added on. Great location we went to the Woburn one but have visited the Elveden one

First time at this site and the lodge was beyond dirty, bathrooms covered in hair and dust and toilet and toilet seats stained! Carpets are beyond disgusting and there were food remains all over the place, under the bed, under the tables, outside on the floor! A used nappy and wipes under a bed! Spent first 3 hours cleaning every surface. The lodge was soo hot and unbearable with no way to control the temperature. Fell over outside my lodge due to dodgy brickwork and hurt my leg which made walking since difficult. My pram was too wide for the steep ramps down to the lodge so really not child friendly access wise. The last day was just hell - all I could hear was sirens and alarms literally all day and nearly got run over by a car! The staff in the resultant are awful, the food in Cafe Rouge and Almalfi tasted like a microwave meal.they also add a service charge without asking, despite the lack of service received for example at Almalfi, I had to basically get up and find the waiter anytime I needed anything! Won’t be coming back here again, don’t believe the hype! This felt like a escape to a landfill rather than the forest Absolutely appalled and so dissapointed with my self that that we booked here for a break, can’t wait to go home to a clean and safe environment. Also not inclusive at all, look at the names they do key chains in. They obviously only cater to a certain type. So glad I am home and showered.

Been going to Centre Parcs for over 25 years but we are finding the cleanliness of the accommodation slipping. The only one we've not been to is Longleat. You can only take your dog into two places so that's a bit restrictive.

Recently returned from a very enjoyable family break in Woburn forest. I'll actually start with the negatives, as there are very few. First, I wish the place wasnt cashless - my kids had their little pocket money purses to spend and couldnt spend their holiday money. Secondly, I wish some more of the activities were included as otherwise things can get expensive. Thirdly, I would have liked to have seen adult-only swimslots in the pool. Other than that, I was pretty blown away by this place. The staff need a massive shout out - never have I seen such levels of professionalism and excellent customer service in a holiday park. From the reception, to pool, to restaurants, they all genuinely seemed to care and wanted holidaymakers to have the best possible time. They were super efficient and able to help me with a few booking mishaps (my fault completely) and even helped when we couldnt work out the arcade machines. On to the park itself - it is beautiful, easy to navigate and very clean and well-maintained. We were even blessed with a visiting family of ducks who obviously loved the place too. The facilities were fantastic - the pool was fabulous with lots to go on, but could have done with some adult swim times. My kids loved the softplay and lake too. Supermarket was top quality and provides pretty much all you'd need for a week. Our lodge was magnificent - we had an executive lodge and it had a tonne of space as well as extras like a snooker table, which the kids loved, and sauna. The bathrooms were so luxurious as were the bedrooms and beautiful, well-equipped kitchen. Center parcs even provides cots and highchairs and babygates as standard, whereas you'd have to pay to hire in other places. The restaurants were excellent and served delicious food. Highly recommend Huck's where there was great choice and superb quality food, but also liked the Italian for a couples-night. NB book them in advance! Overall, if you like a relaxing, quality holiday, choose Center Parcs.

Booked an executive lodge, but found the rooms need a revamp now, beds and pillows are extremely hard, the outside areas are kept very clean & supermarket & restaurants are good. The swimming pool could also do with a revamp in some areas &gets extremely busy when the waves come on which is off putting literally touching shoulders with other people . Activities are also good been many times & will keep going but please update the executive rooms

The pillows were awful. Fry pan was a disgrace A small salt and pepper would have been nice. We had a nice time but the lodge was lacking in lots of things that would have made our stay more comfortable

The bedding was so comfortable. I had a good nights sleep every night which doesn't come easily to me. There was plenty to do, plenty to see, great staff and facilities. Plus the tropical pool is the best!!!

Another most enjoyable long week-end with all the family. Opening the pool at 9am was an excellent idea and benefited the younger ones as the swimming / waves area and rapids were not as busy! The resort would benefit with different style eating places.

I love a good spa experience at aqua sana, but I always dreaded the lunch at cafe vitale. Not any more! And I cannot say that any more enthusiastically. They have had a refurb and the food is wonderful! We actually stopped in multiple times for nibbles through our spa break. The staff are absolutely lovely. If you need gluten free, the chefs go out of their way to make sure you have lovely food and a lovely experience. We actually got an afternoon tea on our second day. Again something we never would have done before. We are so glad we did. The chef prepared two plates of sandwiches, one gf and one regular. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. I cannot sing the praises of the food and staff at cafe vitale enough. You will enjoy this!
