Second time I have visited this place,now I understand why it's never busy. My first bad experience I shall not give details here because I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This time I ordered a meal which included a drink,when I came to collect and pay, no drink in the bag. I pointed this out and he gave me a can then took the money he had charged me at least 2 pounds for the can or shortchanged me. No salad on the half pounder. If it was the first time, I would let it go but it isn't . I shall give this place a miss.

Purchased a few items from here for me and my colleagues. I purchased a chicken wrap which was pink on the inside and made me sick within 20 mins of eating it. We had also gotten 15 wings, 13 of these were pink on the inside as well. When I took them back to shop owner, they were not apologetic whatsoever. All they did was give me more chicken to make up for it which I didn't want after recieving a whole box of raw chicken! did not even want to give me a refund, will definitely not be eating from here ever again.

Very bad food was cold even my kids realise that the food was cold and not fresh I waited 30 minutes for my order and the food was very bad the and the staff was so rud and not friendly at all I advice you don't throw your money its not fare the way they serve and the food quality is

Worst fried chicken I’ve had to date. Soggy coating on chicken that’s been left in the hot holding area too long. Rubbish quality chips… I mean at least invest in Lamb Weston’s or something. Cherry on the top… I’ve been struck down with food poisoning. Will not be returning nor would I recommend. I will stick to Favorites in St. Neots.

Honestly dont know how people right bad reviews of this place, in ordered a few times now and every time I've gone to collect the chaps in the shop have been a right laugh, food was pucker and they even chucked in free drinks for the first time I went!Foods great, staffs great and couldn't recommend enough!

Get a meal for a family of 3.. 6 pices of chicken 5 spicy wings large and a small fries comes up to around about £20 not bad at all. Foods always warm speedy delivery

Maybe I’m basic, but 2 pcs chicken and chips piles your plate high and only costs £5.50. And it’s decent too. Takes 2 minutes. Win.
Chicken was still pink chips were under cooked but pizza was alright but very sickly don’t recommend
Apparently didn't receive an on lineordet and had to.wait another 45 minutes, total wait for an adequate meal was a total.of 1hour and 45 mibs
