We waited over 2 hours for our pizzas, I demanded my money back and told them to not bother coming, they then said they would give us two free pizzas on our next order. Surprise surprise they will only offer one pizza so I told them to stuff it. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

After a hard day's decorating, I walked into town to buy fish and chips but stopped here instead.The food is freshly cooked and the owner is a lovely man.The chicken burger was tasty enough but I prefer a chicken breast burger rather than a chopped and reconstituted burger.I will use the New Express again and try another non chicken meal.

Food price has gone up quite a lotIt used to be 2 pizzas for the price of one and that’s stopped nowI’ve spent £40 on food which I find to be quite extortionate for what I’ve broughtI really really love the food here it is amazing but won’t be ordering anymore due to the price going up significantly.

I’ve ordered once and never again. I think it should be shut down. I’ve already contacted the EHO, in case some of you don’t know what is it , An Environmental Health Officer.Their cooking doesn’t meet the standards.

Not quite sure what happened tonight, usually happy with the food from here but tonight’s was horrendous and a complete waste of money, food was lukewarm, tasteless and dry.Seem’s it may have either reheated or stored in the warmer for a long time. So disappointed, straight in the bin.
