We were so disappointed with our entire experience yesterday, having visited the Atrium cafe with our young granddaughter.From the very greasy food, the customer service 'fatigued' staff and the disgusting state of the chairs (we sat on stools) as the seat covers were really filthy. It was a very underwhelming experience. It wasn't overly busy either. So disappointed as it could be amazing especially with the outlook it enjoys overlooking the park. Next time, we visit we will bring a picnic.

Had an absolutely amazing Christmas lunch prior to the Panto on Sunday 10 December 2023 (having also visited for Christmas in 2022). We both had the home made soup and the trio Christmas roast. The food was wonderful and Georgia who served us was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and she worked really hard to make our experience a good one.We had a fantastic time and would recommend it to anybody.Already looking forward to our visit in 2024!

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of food. The service was excellent. My only gripe is that I had to book online as they never answered the phone. Will undoubtedly come again as it was an excellent way to start a Buddy Holly evening - thank you.

Wow, I was amazed at how good this restaurant was. Came here before a performance and had the pre show meal deal but added an extra course. The service was amazing, and there was a good choice on the menu.When the food came, the portion sizes were really good and were top quality. I'm definitely going to be back!

Perfect surroundings, service poor, roast ordered meat lovely some of veg not cooked, carrots and broccoli were virtually raw, advertised on menu as thick gravy arrived watery. Dessertsvery nice. Two teas ordered came in large sized mugs, second order of teas came in much smaller mugs.when mentioned waitress said she had no other clean mugs but the resturant was virtually empty. Never offered to bring more hot water. Waitress just smiled and walked off?
