Fab veggie dish, could have had lots more veg in it though, but that’s just my preference. Great early delivery. Dietary requirements met.

The food is always very tasty favourably portioned and dine in service is always polite, friendly and courteous. Indian is our favourite. My partner asks for Extra hot fire eater he loves it. Even I can tolerate a little amount. Perfect combination of spice and sauce. We try other restaurants out of curiosity but none are as good as here. They are excellent value for money also and the restaurant owner always makes an effort to great his guests instead of leaving it all down to staff. Great place

We hadn't used the Balti King for a few years but as our regular Indian restaurant has recently changed ownership we decided to return to The Balti King and were VERY Impressed! OK, in the current Lockdown we could only order a takeaway but despite expecting an hour wait our meal was delivered by a very friendly delivery man within 20 minutes of placing the order? We had the mixed starter for 2 which was very generous and tasty. My main dish, the Fire Eater Chicken was excellent, nice and hot and spicy without being "over the top". Lovely flavours. The other main dish, Lamb Dansak, was very tender and flavoursome. Both dishes were served as generous portions. We also ordered Sagg Aloo, Lemon Rice and a plain Nann, again the portions were substantial and delicious! All in all we were delighted with the quality of the food, the prompt delivery and value for money. Can't wait for the Lockdown restrictions to be lifted so that we can visit the Balti King Restaurant again for a sit-down meal and sample more from their impressive menu!?

Part of the order was incorrect and mostly cold. Tried to phone to complain but no answer so sent an email but doubt I hear anything back. Won't be going here again very disappointed
ordered a Lamb Vindaloo, no taste at all, the madras my wife had was hotter, was totally tasteless, no heat at all

I ordered takeaway last night and it was delicious. My food came very quickly and the driver was very polite, would definitely order again and i would highly recommend you trying it you won't regret it.

We ordered our food at 18.28 and was advised that it would arrive within the next hour and 20 minutes (making the ETA around 19.50) The food arrived around 19.15 so we were pleased the Balti King exceeded our expectation. We opened the poppadoms and the pickles tray. The onion salad pot was grey and very mushy as if it had been de-frosted or served several times. The lime pickle had been diluted with oil which made it very soupy. The main course was really bad, the keema rice smelt horrible and didn't taste very good as the mincemeat was grey and was not keena mince, the chicken tikka masala was not marinated and covered in a dark red sauce which was not tikka masala sauce. The chicken tikka bhuna was not marinated but to make matters worse, the sauce was so thin it was like weak gravy, so when put onto the plate with the rice, it made the whole meal a soupy mess. The meal was completely horrendous and was put straight in the bin!! I sent a copy of this review to Balti King and asked them to comment before I submitted it. They didn't respond. We really enjoyed our previous order from Balti King back in November, but after this one, we will not be ordering from them again.

Worst indian meal ever. Had butter chicken was nothing like it should be bright red in colour would not recommend at all. The only decent part of the meal was puppodums and the onion bhajis. Worst takeaway ever.

I ordered a menu last night.It arrived quickly, it was hot fresh and very very delicious.There was a lot of cheese in the cheese naan, it was divinely delicious.The curry amazing.The lady on the phone was helpful and kind.So .. Thank you i order again soon
