We’ve just bought two starters, 3 mains and 3 drinks for £45!!! What a surprise this pub was. Unassuming from the outside. One of many Greene King pubs in the area. This one is the best of them all. Gem of a sports bar. Several large quality TV’s. A couple of pool tables and two darts boards - one with brand new score machine. Staff and customers couldn’t be friendlier. Will definitely be back here. Quiz nights, pool nights etc. has the lot!

Despite the events of the day. They respected the death of our Queen by turning off the football and switched on the news.Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Food was delicious and excellent value for money. Would recommend this place to everyone.
I used to go here years ago, but it went downhill and I didn’t feel comfortable in there. I’ve been back in recently and I love it! The food is great, service is quick yet friendly but the real star for this place is Jodi! She goes above and beyond for every single punter. Whether she’s in the kitchen by herself on a hectic day and comes out to apologise in person for any delay instead of getting someone else to pass on the message, or when she’s serving at the bar and makes a point of getting to know each and every customer whilst still getting through a swarm of people that’s five deep in a decent time, she does it with a smile and makes you feel that you’re truly valued as a customer. Honestly, I’m gutted when I come in and Jodi isn’t working. I feel that she would do so well in a training position, showing people how to treat everyone that steps foot in the pub.

Took the extended family there for dinner. Everyone had a wonderful time. Food was amazing as always. Linsey and the team were super accommodating to to all the different tastes and requests.
