We got told we had to use the app on our phones to order, that didn't work. So ordered at the bar. Took ages before we recieved our drinks, food was even longer I had to ask how much longer it would be. When the food came out I thought they had given me a kids meal! We spent £80 in there for basically 4 kids size meals. The waiter spilt mayonaise all over my partner but was more concerned about cleaning the floorthan offering him some wipes to clean himself up. Absolute shambles. Definitely won't be going back.

Very unhappy with my meal today. The online ordering system was appalling, very long winded and didn't show the deals that were on the menu, ended up ordering at the desk. After ordering, waited a long while for my drink to come out, had to prompt for it. My meal took way too long. People that just came through the door had their food before ours. Once our meal had finally come out, food was very over cooked, very greasy, too tough to get through. Portion sizes were very small, something i would expect on a childrens plate. Definitely not worth the money i spent on the meal. Overall not impressed, will not be coming back. The waitress on shift was very nice and welcoming, only positive of our meal.

My pregnant partner ordered delivery from them, as she likes the grilled chicken burger. Order kept getting delayed or cancelled by multiple Uber eats drivers. One driver got in touch to tell us that GBK hadn't even started making our order. This was at 8.45pm when our order was originally scheduled for delivery at 8.15pm.At 9pm I tried to call them. They picked up the phone and placed it on the side. Not a single person actually talked to me. I could hear them talking to co-workers, but they simply put the phone on the side to stop it ringing. We cancelled our order through Uber eats. Shockingly poor service. Which is a shame as the food we have had in the past has always been good.I've never dined in but beware ordering delivery from them as they don't seem to care about those orders.

This is one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. I don’t usually review restaurants but this was so bad that I have to. The food quality was poor, the wait for food was very long and we had finished our main by the time our sides came. I would recommend and will be recommending to people to avoid gbk. We paid before the food arrived and was offered no compensation, ruined a nice evening out.

Ordered for delivery. I ordered blue cheese burger and truffle fries - i received a burger without blue cheese and fries without truffles. I called the shop and after I explained the issue they hang up on me.Rude customer service and poor food. Don’t recommend. They just lost a customer.

Popped in for a spur of the moment bite for lunch as we both fancied a burger.We were promptly welcomed, asked about allergies and shown to a table and given menus.The staff were all friendly and helpful and our orders were taken. Food was piping hot and really tasty.Would recommend.

Terrible service. This branch prioritises takeaways and completely ignores seated customers. Deliveroo drivers are lined up at the counter, ruining the atmosphere. It took 30 minutes to get 2 pints of beer. Staff huffing and puffing, one guy walked by swearing... the place wasn't even half full but they were completely unable to cope. I sent an email and a feedback form with multiple examples which has not been responded to. Place also needs some maintenance (wobbly booth tables).

I have allergies and the Pisces Manager ordered me a custom double burger that was perfect for a Capricorn's birthday. Cheers ?. Atmosphere could have been better though. But that's not their fault.
