I understand it was quite busy but when I asked the guy for two vegetable bakes he said they will be ready in 5 I asked after 20 minutes and they weren’t even put in the oven yet. Then I asked someone else and she gave me the wrong one I’m a halal eater so that’s unacceptable. And then was told another 10 minute wait I understand it’s busy however they have no communication

Had a collection order, it got made and put on a table behind the counter. Neither name nor order number called out to signify my order was done. Collection table isn't labelled as collection, just a random table behind the counter which had boxes on it (boxes of stock, lucozade, red bull, milk, etc), had no clue my order was put there. Waited extra 25min for it as a result. Staff left counter unattended for atleast 10-15min in that 25min period.Person that made my order (I saw them place the bag I was later given) put it on that table and left to the back not to be seen again. Other employees wouldn't of known it was there because he had just left it there.EDIT: and they gave my the wrong dip from my order so yey...

Some staff are great.. others clearly do not know their products and cracking a smile would be nice :) Rarely a table to sit at and if there is, always dirty!

I was in you store and today and I was Greater by nice and friendly staff one person stood out a lady called tan really polite and friendly and help me out

I had to complain to head office because of dirty walls and surfaces and a strong smell of urine.
Came in for a coffee and cake and tables were dirty and floor was not cleaned . I asked if someone could clean the table to which a person came and asked a server on the front counter to clean the tables so that left just one person serving and the queue was out the door . There was three other people working in the back of the shop who could have cleaned the tables and floor .
