A smart little McDonald's restaurant nestled away down by the pond. The staff were very friendly when my truck had broken down and allowed me to leave it there overnight until I could get recovered.

Terrible design, the drive through system means there is no access to the car park to eat in at busy times. You have to get in the drive through queue to get to the car park. Whoever thought of this system I would assume is now unemployed!Even the just eat delivery drivers were ditching their cars on the grass and walking to the restaurant rather than trying to drive to it. Probably took about 20-25 mins to get to the car park for what would be a less than 1 minute walk. Totally unfit for purpose!

First missed a burger in the order. Found out and asked.I asked for some mayonnaise because my little one only like mayonnaise with chips but been told no mayonnaise possible - not pouch, not possible to get pots - and 3 staff all looked at me as if I asked some ridiculous questions. Can’t use the McDonald app but liners on the tray has app advert all over.Worst McDonald I had ever visited.

McDonald's can usually be relied upon for consistency. Ok food, same facilities and service. Not this one, The Keep, Wildridings, Bracknell. Lousy service (ok the restaurant was busy - so forgive staff their ratty demeanour), no receipt given, no order number advised (I did ask), and no computerised order panels. Order contents called out, barely audible over general background noise - please do not visit this restaurant if you're hearing impaired, no idea how you'd get your oder. Suicide drivers coming down the winding access road complete the conclusion - NEVER AGAIN.

Big cheesy bacon burger is too big to eat easily. Bap was dry, burger had no seasoning and no pickle, just boring lettuce. Not worth the money.Very busy so service slow and full of screaming

Complete joke of a fast food company this coupled with just eat fraudsters! 2 hours for stone cold food that got thrown in the bin! Milkshakes melted on arrival spent £18 offered £4 compensation! You can’t even get hold of anyone from just cheats!

Take away order missing items again and requested plain quarter pounder no cheese and it looked like cheese had been added then taken off as melted cheese in the box and on one side of the patty. Only use if you have no other choice cause the attention to detail is mediocre at best.

This Mac’Donalds is Appalling- everything cold- soggy fries- cold left out slop burger an asked for cheese dippers got a cheeseburger but got the festive sauce for dippers “Dipsticks can’t even read an order correctly” why I’d want another cold cheeseburger after already ordering a disappointing quarter pounder with cheese meal is just the type of service to expect frm this muppets run Mac’Donalds. Just horrible in every shape an food- my advice avoid this dump- an park up go to the lexicon Mac’Donalds- walk is better than a bag of cold incorrectly placed food- Zero rating ????

Lady answered the phone, didn’t even let me finish speaking before she hung up on me. Terrible customer service, been waiting an hour and a half for food that doesn’t show any sign of turning up yet. Got to be the WORST McDonald’s in the area. Avoid and go anywhere else than this

It was a pit stop but not for food. The place was nice and clean, but for a Saturday night the queue was too long for the drive through. Something was wrong with the service, tech or short staffing. It would not have been worth the wait for me. If I knew the area better, I would have gone to the Lexicon instead rather than queue for that length of time.Wheelchair accessibility: Door open outwards. A bit scary if you went for the first time.

Too busy, serving staff being asked to take orders and serve and deal deliveroo/uber and address complaints. Doesn't have the touch screen self-service stations, nor do they seem to support app ordering like most McDonald's these days, no idea why not because they really needed it.

Entrance to car park completely blocked by the drive in, so you have to queue with drive through customers pretty much all the way, waste of time. Also don’t accept rewards, worst store I have been too.

Worst Mcdonalds i have been to in a while. No app function and the 0 star servers could not cope with customising the order for the coeliac. And then the order was wrong. So returned it and the manager asked if things were ok so i politely explained. She was not any help and just handed over the order that the team had re prepared without her intervention.Whilst it was clean and busy we wont bother again.
