Food wasn't the best; it was as if the kitchen staff decided they wouldn't bother at all. My chips tasted so salty it might as well give me a stroke. The burger wasn't even assembled it was just hurriedly stuffed into a box all out of the place. (this wasn't even rush time) Not the best, don't recommend.

I ordered this as a birthday treat for my grandson who is autistic. He wanted a Happy Meal with the Happy meal book, but didn't get it! The order was over £26 and arrived late, food was cold and my quarter pounder with cheese was missing completely.Ketchup also missing. I spoke to the manager who said it was nothing to do with him. I had ordered it on the Just Eat app.No apologies nothing and anyone who knows how upset an autistic child gets will understand.Never again ?Kid-friendliness: Not

Just had a breakfast delivered I've got to say it was absolute dog food the grease from the mcmuffin was a joke if I could give it a no star I would itsridiculous how they can take someone's money and give them food like that never again I would rather eat dry

I ordered McSpicy Large Meal, McFlurry Raspberry plus some ketchup for those Monopoly stickers.When I got they weren't any stickers on boxes and ketchup was missing.

The security guards should all be sacked. My good why are they there if when teens come in throwing food at other customers, screaming fighting and the guard simply watches them. It’s ridiculous and I’m very disappointed. Then my food arrives and it’s awful, chicken is literally black, coal. That said the ladies out in the floor are lovely and always very helpful my thanks to them.
Went in today and they somehow managed to be out of every single drink outside of Oasis and orange juice.Despite this, I ordered a quarter pounder meal, and when I got my food, the burger had the wrong kind of onion in it (they are supposed to use white onions, but used red onions), and there was way too much onion in the burger because the pieces of onion were about as thick as my finger. It tasted bad, and was very acidic. I felt slightly unwell after eating itMy Oasis also came with no ice despite there being ice in the photo, and the drink was lukewarm

go here if you want food poisoningi came here expecting a nice quick easy meal for lunch food didn’t take too long big queues though but if you upstairs you can order there as well. now i ate my meal didn’t think much of it but that was a mistake i was up all night until 5am because of this stupid place when i got to sleep it was light outside terrible food poisoning don’t and i mean don’t go here if you feel like not being sick.

Absolutely fuming a worker by the name of Sheila gave me my food then spat in the bag and then threw a chicken select at my forehead this is not okay when I complained to the manger he proceeded to throw a large fries at me and then hit me with his moped when I threw it back he whipped out a big Mac and slapped me with it

Do not order from this restaurant. Ordered a meal deal costing £17. 39 through uber eats and the main (burger) was missing. Called the restaurant and Jordan the manager told me to call 'this number'. No help, No such number. Called uber and the offered me a £2 refund. Also, the food that did show up was stone cold. I bitterly regret doing business with mcdonalds and uber eats and I wouldn't use either of them again if they were the last restaurant on earth. £17.39 down the crapper.
