Morrison’s try replacing tables, slapping paint on walls, but stillIt looks filthy, staff don’t give a damn, food disgusting, toast is just about ok, obviously no talent required, but allMust be trained in microwave pinging. they only last a out a week, staff retention must be horrendous. Also ammusing shop opens at 7.00 cafe opens at 8.00 when the staff turn upLate and look at you like you are an alien. Franchise it out Morrisons, to people that COOK and want to be there

You know it's been hanging around when an ultimate breakfast appears after 2 minutes. 1 Sausage and mushroom missing and beans stone cold. told bring it back and we'll microwave it. How about fresh food?

Terrible food!I was hoping for a Fresh, home made food but got a Sheperds’s pie made with a lump of instant potatoes our of a pack! Dont recommend, not going back

I asked for scrambled egg on toast but was told they didn’t have any although I could have fried or poached! I didn’t eat here as I specifically wanted scrambled egg so cannot comment on the food.

Dirty, encrusted tables and cutlery. Staff need serious training. Putting high chairs away without cleaning them and flicking crumbs off tables with a dry cloth. I had to use napkins and some boiling water from the hot drinks machine to scrub our table. It was filthy. They shouldn’t walk away for a chat halfway through serving someone and they certainly shouldn’t clear the table when you’re still eating. Even pulling my partners plate away as she lifted a piece of toast from it. We were left finishing our toast with no plates. I did say something but she ignored me and took everything away ?♀️The food was ok.

Greasy menus, cutleries aren't well washed. The front of house staff only concentrated on cleaning the tables. I had to wait on the till while they were ignoring me. Noticed that it happened to other customers as well while I was having my lunch. Never again!

We came a little late do unfortunately could not try your scrambled egg or fried egg but had an amazing meal nonetheless. The staff where helpful and friendly, assisting us with any questions or just general recommendations as well as assisting an elderly couple with there trays. The cafe offered a cosy feel while maintaining (what I was surprised to say) a high standard of food. Good quality bread and produce upon the plate, piping hot food and adequate seating that allowed us to watch the world go by. In a world driven by watching the £££ you get a lot for your money here and it is worth it. For about £18 we got a white Americano, jacket potato beans/cheese with fresh salad. A full English AND an ultimate English!! Something that really filled our hungry tummies today.Donna you were fabulous and amazing, as where the rest of the staff but you made us feel welcomed and we appreciate your hard work. Food was good but restaurant was cold and the cleaning is definitely not up to scratch dirty cutlery, teapot’s, knives and forks also tables were dirty. During this current climate with winters bugs and viruses I would expect better
Appauling cafe From beginning to end the experience was horrendous No stock of food basics..soups and jacket spud Coffee machines not working Food was badly cooked Staff didnt get orders right and had no desire to help..even accused me of lying! Not a complaint kind of person but i went mad

This cafe is always out of most of the food on the menu. The last 6 times I’ve been had to choose different meal. How can they permanently not stock the items for the meals. Also you have to wait ages for the food to come out and the staff are very slow and abrupt. Will be giving this cafe a miss in future one star is too generous. Cafe also not very clean with greasy dirty menus
