Always a handy spot to stop & refuel. Good, quick & friendly service ?. If you want a fuel station, all good, but seems to be losing all their ⭐s for being a ? drop-off point. Maybe time to consider staying focused on the core business ?.

Awful service. Used the Inpost service to send a package. When I dropped the item off they couldn’t give me a receipt for proof of posting. They reluctantly let me take a photo of their screen for proof of posting. 1 week later the package is still there even though they make collections daily and my customer has cancelled the order. Not only have I lost the money on the sale but I have now lost the goods completely(also speaking with the postal company). When I went to retrieve the package the employee behind the counter was rude and disrespectful. They claim the package has been sent but I believe it is still there. DO NOT TRUST THEM! They are dishonest and Shell should not allow these people to represent their brand.

By far worst place in Sandhurst, staff are rude everything VERY overpriced(more overpriced than any other i visit), I brought something that cost &3.99 get home & bank app pings and notification says you spent £12,49, I'm not the first person to have this problem.I'm only making this public in the hope others will not get caught out by this, its blatant robbery.while I write this my partner is showing me on social media its JUST HAPPENED TO SOMEONE ELSE ? I WILL NOW AT ALL COSTS AVOID THIS GARAGE/shop

Marked as a DHL drop off point and isn't. Lady I spoke to flat out said 'no they don't take DHL parcels' when they're listed on the DHL website.

Disrespectful behaviour from staff.This review is not about the free wash it is about how I was made to feel like a liar!!!Just before Xmas I went for my weekly car wash at tye garage” my local”The car was was not working and the chap gave me a signed card with a free wash.I went in today to claim the wash.I explained to the lady.she looked at me and smirked then said “ no no this is nothing “when did you come in” have you got the original ticket” I said not …her reply was” well that’s your fault.I was made to feel like a liar in front of other customers.she called her management who said the same thing.“ you go complain go go” was her attitude.No customer service.No good will and I did not ask for a free wash

Used Yodel drop off and they didn’t print the address label - stuck the barcode on it and let yodel take it away - now blaming Yodel and manager refusing to take my calls - escalating to Shell regional manager - AVOID YODEL DROP OFF
