Went there after checking the menu on line and the menu available doesn't match. If you want to choose vegan, basically you're going to be disappointed.Food was ok otherwise, but the service leaves a bit to be desired. As you enter you need to sort things out for yourself.

Actually a nice pub, good for sports and food is pretty good. Prices are better than other Greene King pubs in the area (by almost 50p a pint!). Staff are friendly and they have regular

Great pub to visit in the evening or for a quick pint at lunchtime after you've finished your shopping in the square. Great parking

Being our local we could sound biased, but we wanted to leave a review about the roast beef we had yesterday. It was in a giant Yorkshire and I have to say it was absolutely gorgeous!!!Very generous portions and at 2for £13 you just can’t beat it….. Fantastic friendly staff and Sam and Bradley aren’t bad too ?

Rarely I love a restaurant so much that I have to come and leave them a 5 star review, here is the chance for me to do so. The best aspect that I love here is the staff, they are friendly, helpful, and care about the customers. They take the extra mile to keep this restaurant a nice and clean one. The food takes some time to arrive but it is delicious, so give the staff some time to prepare, you'd be served a lovely hot, freshly prepared meal.

Nice pub for a cheap meal, unfortunately the roast today wasnt very good, dry potatoes, soggy Yorkshire and rock hard stuffing. Not up to their usual standard.I've had much better ones.Parking: Plenty of parking, but next door to aldi, so there are ɓusy times.
We have been in here many and have had food and drinks. The food has been lovely and hot and the staff there are always friendly and

We had a table booked for 7pm we ordered food fairly soon after arriving, at 8.10. The waiter came over to our table to apologise for the delay and offered the table a free drink, so niceWe declined the offer but was pleased that they acknowledged that we had been waiting for a long time, when the food arrived I was a bit disappointed that the stake and chips had just 14 small chips and the fish and chips just 12 , the steak and fish where lovely but a bit stingy with the chips , we didn't say anything as the rest of the food was good then we ordered pudding apple pie with custard and a biscoff cheesecake, we waited 15-20 minutes when it arrived the apple pie looked and was lovely, however my cheesecake didn't look quite right , when I tried it I was surprised to find it hot . The crunchy biscuit base was soggy, but the cheese cake was curddled, I can only think that they got my order realised the cheese cake was frozen, didn't want after everything else to disappoint me so tried to defrost it in the microwave, it didn't survive well ?It's a shame as we have been a few times since my mum moved to the area and have never had reason to complain .I would have said something at the time ,but it was both my mums and my birthday, and I didn't want to spoil her evening.I hope that next time ,we will have the normal pleasant meal that we've had beforeCan't complain about the staff who were working hard, we're really polite and apologised for the delay but hopefully a better experience next time.

Friendly barstaff, not bad pricing - open beer garden - close to the park - good place for a pint after a nice walk
