Ordered food through Uber eats and the food was absolutely awful do not recommend at all

Placed a large order via deliveroo. When a rider arrived he had just one can and some prawn crackers (we hadn't ordered these). Was told there has been a mix up and another rider was coming. When this didn't arrive we were told via deliveroo "customer service" there is no other rider and as we had accepted the order there would be no refund.Challenged this strongly and eventually received a full refund. Beware and avoid!!!

As the negative reviews were from a long time ago, I thought to try this place and not be presumptuous. I wouldn’t make a bad review if not the fact that the person at the front desk wouldn’t accept the fact that the salt and pepper squid just do not even look fresh and kept saying that their food is fresh and they don’t have complaints, where in fact I have never eaten such a bad Thai in my life. Granted I was never going to compare it to the Thai in Windsor for example, however nonce of the fishes rated fresh, the prawn tempura is pre ordered and tasteless (at least it wasn’t soggy). This is just a big no. Also I missed the review where the lady found a bug in her food, I’d really like to encourage not to order from here until they make serious changes.

Absolutely disagree with the bad reviews. Perhaps they've made some changes to their food/service? I've ordered from here a few times. Due to the portion sizes, it's one of the few places that's still good value for money. Spring rolls are just the best!

Despite the bad reviews we had a lovely dinner. Nice and spicy green and red curries. Really like how they package up the curry with clingfilm around the tub so it can't spill. Food was hot and tasty. The beef and prawns were nicely cooked and the meat was not at all tough. The delivery did take 90 minutes but to be fair it's valentines day so everywhere is very busy. We will be using this again.

I only ordered as it said 20-45 minutes but it took 1 hour 20 minutes and delivery was minus a spring roll (who knows who ate it). Very overpriced for the food.

Worst takeout I’ve ever had! Don’t order from here it’s disgusting
Ordered Pad Thai and crispy chilli beef.Pad Thai was flavourless, no seasoning and not at all spicy. The beef was chewy, the sweet and sour sauce was overly sour, the dominant taste was of vinegar. The food was really quite unpleasant. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Visited the premises to make a complaint and noticed huge amounts of Iceland Thai Ready Meals piled up, some meals cost the business 99p yet charged me £16. The only cooking equipment they had was a microwave. Avoid its a scam. They are heating Iceland Ready Meals

The chicken isn't even real chicken ?. It has a fish-like texture, squidgy and 0 imperfections. Much more like processed meat and chopped up.. absolutely vile food...
