9 times out of 10 this place is usually good. Thought I’d try something different this time to the regular fish and chips, with a salt & pepper mix box to share. Can honestly say, it was not good which is a real shame. The seasoning was too overpowering, sweet and too salty. Every element was dry and lathered in the seasoning. Go easy on the seasoning and cook fresh & this really would be a winner.Back to the regular order next time…

You don't go there for the smile, but the fish is awesome, the batter also light and the chips tasty!I ventured to try a burger once and would again as it was nice.Parking: Probably 3 spots max in front.

OMG! This place is an absolute gem! Happened to be in the area and craved a chippy lunch. Stopped by, freshly prepared and still hot when we got back home to Woodley! Will absolutely visit again. Fish was amazing. Not had proper fish and chips like this for years! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Parking: Couple of spaces at the front but more round the back.

Awful fish and chips. I suppose the tell-tale sign should have been an empty chippy on a Friday night. Cold chips, too much empty batter around the cod fillet and a long, straggling hair in the food. Not good.

DISGUSTING, BLAND , OVERCOOKED TO THE POINT OF IT BEING COMPLETELY UNEDIBLE, batter was rock hard and just crumbled off the food , curry sauce like mush. Customer service disgusting, rude and unprofessional no care for the food or the customers will not be returning avoid at all costs !!!

Unlike some other local fish and chip shop, you can get served and walk out with your food within 5 mins. Good food, quick service...what you expect from a chippy.
Wow never have I turned up to a takeaway and been told you need to pre order through the app as don't accept payments. How this place has a 4.3 is beyond me.Seems strange that you can't walk in to a takeaway, order food and pay for it. I'm actually left gobsmacked by this experience.So for anyone who wants food from here make sure your place your order before you leave home. And if you don't have a smart phone or much tech knowledge simply stay clear and go else where

We ordered fish and chips. The cod was amazing and the portion sizes were fantastic. I’m picky with this sort of stuff. Generous portion of chips too

Not impressed with what we got, this place used to be ok. Large chips portion was half the size of a competitors chip portion, the fish was really oily and not pleasant. The best part about the order was cheese jalapeños which are pre made and just need frying! Definitely won’t be rushing back anytime soon. Much better chip shops elsewhere….
