Another amazing breakfast at The Bull. The full English is just perfect. Top quality ingredients and wonderfully cooked. We always have the best service, the staff are fun and friendly and make you feel so welcome. A special thanks to Jane for fussing the dogs and getting them water and treats.

We booked on Sunday 14th January for the roast dinner. lovely roast and great portions. Service via Jane was fab above and beyond as always. highly recommend

This place is decorated nicely and we had a good table. There were four adults in our group and two children. The food was OK. HOWEVER, as well as our main dishes we ordered two additional portions of chips costing £9. The French fries came out at the bottom of a bowl with a ridiculously small amount of chips. It was more like one small portion and basically cost the same as a sandwich. When we questioned this with the waitress/Manager she said it was two portions of chips poured into one bowl with no explanation as to why we didn't receive two separate portions rather than a tiny amount at the bottom of a bowl. Not great customer service. I mentioned this to a friend of mine and she said last time she went to The Bull she received 12 tiny French fries with her sandwich for £2.50! It seems that The Bull are charging around 25p for one chip. So it is obviously a common occurence. Like I say it is a nice place but someone needs to take a look at the chip portions.

Our recent New Year's Eve experience at your establishment were OK.Firstly, I want to commend the staff for their efforts in creating a festive atmosphere to welcome the New Year. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant evening did not go unnoticed and is much appreciated.However, I would like to express a slight disappointment. As you might recall, we were not only celebrating New Year's Eve but also a special birthday within our group, I felt that a small gesture, such as a complimentary shooter for the birthday celebrant, would have significantly enhanced our experience. Such attentiveness to personal celebrations can leave lasting impressions and deeply enrich a guest's experience.NightI believe this suggestion aligns well with the high standard of customer service your establishment is known for. It is these small, thoughtful gestures that often turn a good evening into a truly memorable one.

A lovely festive evening spent at The Bull, wonderful atmosphere and excellent company. Hospitality provided by our host, Karen, was second to none.
Went on a shopping trip with friends and popped in for a drink. Great atmosphere, would like to try the food next time cause it looked delicious. Karen behind the bar was hilarious she can join us for a drink next time. Will defiantly go back

one of my favourite local pubs . Always a great atmosphere . food is amazing , especially the Sunday roast . popped in with my husband last week and sat at the bar and had mulled wine . Karen looked after us well and we had a lovely time !

Visited the area for my daughters birthday and a visit to lapland UK on the weekend of 16th Dec. Ate here twice during our visit and cannot fault the food or service at this pub. Lovely atmosphere and dog friendly. The Saturday lunchtime was very busy but the staff kept cheerful and friendly. A special shout out to Sophie who was extremely helpful answering our queries about the area and pointing us in the right direction regarding taxis and ubers. She went above and beyond for us even tho she was rushed off her feet. Fabulous place ?

We went for my husband’s birthday - also our first time at the restaurant and everything was amazing! Food is a bit pricey but other than that it was perfect.Dietary restrictions: Because we were a big table they took our orders beforehand which made ordering for our preferences much easier!
