Mel was outstanding with her service and very friendly to talk to. The food was fantastic and the brownie dessert was excellent. Parking was easy and the food came to the table in a fashionable time. Never have an issue when I come to this harvester.

Very slow service, had to ask for salad bowels after waiting 10 minutes for them, the salad itself wasn't too bad but the mains were sub-par, overcooked gammon, undercooked chips and for the price £13.50 a completely overpriced meal. Harvester used to be good value for money, but for the prices you pay and the food you get now its no longer is. The server also decided to add a beer to our bill that we didn't ask for, we did get a refund but still very frustrating

This restaurant has really gone downhill! On two occasions I have recently visited this restaurant and each time I’ve left unhappy. I visited about a month ago and was informed upon ordering there was no chicken, so I ordered a steak for it to come like a piece of leather on my plate, no flavour and as dry as a bone, upon requesting a new one I was told I would have to pay again for a new steak, which I wasn’t happy with, thankfully I wasn’t charged again but the replacement steak came and was very rare so I didn’t enjoy my meal. Upon my most recent visit I came with my family and we had been there half an hour when our waitress came to tell us they had no chips at all, of any kind! And said they had been low all day which I feel we should’ve been informed earlier as we had a booking, we ended up having to leave as what’s the point in a meal with no chips on the side? Very unpleased but I can’t discredit our waitress one bit! She was so lovely and apologetic so not a single bad thing to say about her service, she was brilliant!

Harvester chain is not normally a restaurant of choice for me, This one, however, was a pleasant surprise. The Simply Chicken dish was excellent, and the salad bar was a great healthy starter. This is not local for me - I was passing when travelling home. Will definitely call in again when passing, a great alternative to the motorway service options most people travelling for business have to rely on for an evening meal. Staff were friendly and efficient. I'll seek out Harvester more often in the future.

Oh dear, where to begin? Three cold plates of food after an hour wait we got our "Ultimate Combo" with the soggiest chips ever. Well at least the chips were wet because the rest of the food was dry as the bones they came on, you'll need their sauces to swallow the food and add some flavour to it. The portions were not impressive, the chicken was rather small, only an inch of pork belly and there was little meat on the ribs. All in all dry, flavourless and really not worth the price we paid around £90 for three including drinks.

Had such a great experience here! We were served by Tracy who was very friendly and made our experience lovely. I’m vegan and Tracy managed to upgrade my Sundae with no fuss! Service was quick & food was great! We come here quite often and would always recommend if you’re looking for friendly environment, good food & great service!

We came for the SEN friendly Santa visit this morning. Perfect atmosphere. No loud music and less people making it not so overwhelming for our daughter. All staff very understanding and caring and Santa was so calm and had no expectations of her. Really hope it's on aagin next year as it was so lovely to have this for my daughter.
