Popped in for a breakfast before heading in to London, breakfast was cooked well and it was massive! Good selection of beers and quite a good morning atmosphere.

Normally the food in weatherspoons is good hence the 4 stars but today the breakfast was cold so not very appetising. Note to chef..serve the food hot not

Multi roomed Wetherspoons in an olde worlde slisted building setting. Always a good range of well priced ales and the usual great value 'spoons food. The staff are wonderful too. Don't worry about the car park charges. They'll refund the ticket if you spend over £5, which we always do!

Such a shame. Served by member of staff who seemed a bit too young and a bit too full of himself. Told we weren’t allowed dogs in the pub so he sat outside proceeded to make an order only fully jumped up little man come outside and tell us that no animals were allowed on the premises, including in the gardens.Wetherspoons have gone downhill over the years and I certainly won’t be coming back to this ever again. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

made a visit last week to this pub being the Weatherspoon chain large seating area outside and I expect it soon fills up in the summer but to day it was raining. it was a bit dated inside and lots of tables needing clearing with one lady running around trying to keep up with the service. Beer was good and the food was ok but we felt rushed and yes you have to pay for the carpark outside the pub should be free for customers with maybe a screen inside to input your car reg etc. Toilets were a bit dated with one trap out of the 2 working but its a Wetherspoon will try it again in the summer we are both Camra Members.

We ordered chicken wings and on the menu it was written 10 wings. However we only got 9. Can you imagine they stole 1 chicken wing from the plate ???.For the most part, it was a soothing experience. ?
Great food..Very affordable and staff very friendly..Thankyou.

All a bit meh. Early evening but lots of drunk/wierd customers, had to pay for parking, food was below average and had to wait ages for all of it.

This was what I didn't find in the steak and kidney pudding. They gave me another and only a teaspoon more inside. The gravy was cold and watery. The chips were dry. Garden peas were nice. Staff were nice. I won't bother coming back for a long time.
