I visited The Yorkshire Rose with two friends on a Wednesday night, and I must say that our experience was nothing short of perfect. The atmosphere was great and despite the busy evening, the staff made sure that we were well taken care of throughout the entire meal. For starters, I ordered the goat cheese, which was a delightful choice. As for the main course, I opted for the seafood risotto, and it was a decision I did not regret. The portion size was generous, the pricing was very reasonable considering the quality and quantity of the food served. Overall, I would rate my experience a solid 10/10. Thank you for the great evening, we will be returning soon.

I had an amazing Sunday roast today with my mum. I did have the unfortunate experience of a nearby table who was rude to the staff and dismissive about how the roast potatoes were.. I couldn't believe how he treated the staff. It's totally disrespectful ..guy in a dark blue Golf Ryder cup jumper. Utter utter prick.. ?

Thank you to Klod and his wife, and all his staff, for a superb Christmas Day lunch. The food was delicious and beautifully presented (a special thanks to the chef and his team), the staff were lovely and made sure that everything ran like clockwork and to top it off, the atmosphere was friendly and festive. All in all a total success.

I had the lamb it was very good my fiancée loves their seafood spaghetti generally if we go anywhere else we are disappointed. The Yorkshire rose is the best by far in this area. We love the sunny garden, the superb food and the owners sense of humour and his fantastic customer service, he always makes an effort to make you feel welcome & appreciates your business he has a good personal relationship with so many regulars the place is just so good we love it.
Dog friendly, awesome pizza, and did me something that wasn't on the menu banana n tuna pizza with vegan cheese. The vegan cheese could have been better, but it wasn't bad. 6/10 overall pizza 9/10 is fairly priced to eat nice friendly locals' atmosphere.Dog friendly a 2 star ? Paws review as they're dog friendly but the dog water bowl n water needed cleaning tbh..Segregated seating for dog ownersVegetarian options: The vegan cheese could be betterTry arla, pizza was delicious it was just the vegan cheese that spilit itParking: Free easy parkingIt could be limited in the summer

Got let down by another local restaurant with a party of 10 for a birthday. Called the Yorkshire rose and they managed to accommodate us last minute. (After 9pm by the time we arrived.) The staff couldn’t have been lovelier to us. They prepared something separately for the vegan lady in our group. Food was brilliant. Would defo recommend. The complimentary coffee for the person whose birthday it was was a lovely touch. Defo saved our evening so thank you so much to the staff and chefs :)

Whatever you wanted, they would make it ifIf its on the menu but you want to make changes, no problem, they got you covered.The staff are absolutely brilliant so helpful they really want you to have a good time hereVegetarian options: The are happy to make you pretty much anything that you requireKid-friendliness: My kids where running around as they do and they where welcomed

The Yorkshire Rose is our absolute favorite local. We've been innumerable time for drinks, serval times for dinner and recently had a family function there for which Klod put on an exception buffet. It's just a great pub for food, drinks or ideally both. Brilliantly managed and excellent staff.
