We went here for dinner and was lovely. To share we all had the fried vegetables which were a bit expensive but fried in a nice sauce. For my main, I had Katsu but instead of chicken I had the veggie option. It was meant to be battered butternut squash but I asked to swap to aubergine and they were ok with that. It was amazing. With rice and veg as well.

What a super team this Wagamama has. As a fan of Wagamama, would say this is the best one we have visited. Food very good but what made it special wa she service. Thanks for making a really rubbish day that teeny bit better for us.

Today I came to have lunch with my friend and we were served by Pedro… Honestly, I will go back just to have another moment of conversation with him because he served us very well with a lot of charisma and love! The best waiter you could ever have!

I love Wagamama, always something on the menu we all enjoy as a whole family. This branch is one of my favourites; food comes out quickly, delicious fresh healthy food, attentive service, great atmosphere and the temperature was just right. Thank you as always.

I go to this place for its vibrant atmosphere and consistently delicious Asian-inspired cuisine that never fails to satisfy my taste buds.

Best Wag ever! Lovely food, incredible service, wonderful welcome from Callum who is back off to Bath uni! What a star you are! And thanks also to pesto who has the warmest smile and is truly the most brilliant of waiters! Love this place and always feel glad to be there! Thank you as always! Sunny xx

We love Wagamama. Stuff hanging around, service is a bit slow but food is delicious except the the stupid vegan menu. Absolutely don't understand why all this grass eaters need to call their food like meat. Vegan ribs???? Just call it plant food. This trend is beyond stupid

My partner and I recently came here for lunch and it was amazing. We were seated relatively quickly and the person who took our order, Arianne, was lovely. They were very welcoming and enthusiastic and made the experience a lot better. The food was also delicious and I recommend coming to this location if you happen to be in the local area.

We’re great fans if Wagamama, so much so we bought the cookbook during lockdown to get our Wagamama fix. In the past 2 years or so, our most conveniently located Wagamama has been in Bracknell. It started off great when reopening after lockdown and operating at reduced capacity. However, we’ve been there 4 times since September and every time had lots to complain about. Drinks, particularly refills, take a ridiculously long time. I once saw my daughter’s drink on the bar counter for 10 minutes after we ordered it because she’d finished her first glass and the food was a bit too spicy for her liking. In the end I walked up to the bar and asked if I could just take it, only to be intercepted by a server who then chose to bring it to us. Most of the time it appears that the waiters don’t know which tables they’re working. They swan around, looking lost, but don’t approach you for your order. If they do, and you only order drinks, you can be stuck for a long time before being given the opportunity to order food, often not until your drinks are served (which we’ve already established can take a long time). As regular customers of Wagamama we are aware of, and have no issue with, the food being served as and when it’s ready. But this requires the servers to be on the ball. It’s not unusual to see a plate of hot food sitting on the side for 5-15 (the record I’ve timed) minutes before someone reacted and took it to a table. How the table didn’t send their cold food back is beyond me. But even though there’s no guarantee that you’ll get your food all at once, having one member of your party finishing theirs before others get anything, is beyond poor performance. Especially when you then end up receiving a plate of supposedly hot food that’s ice cold because it’s been waiting to be served next to the door. On our last visit our daughter got her food first (thankfully, I’d hate to think what would happen if it was our child who had to wait). We also got a couple of other dishes quickly. But nothing for my husband. As usual, we first held back eating our food as we like to eat together. As the food started getting cold, we started eating what had been served and my husband could nibble some of my beans as I knew I wasn’t eating a full bowl. After our daughter had already finished her food, and two requests for the rest of our food, we finally got the second to last dish which had been allowed to go ice cold and found out that the final dish hadn’t even been prepared. We asked for a hot version of the cold food and told that both would be made immediately. We also asked for and we’re granted a dessert free of charge for our daughter while we had our mains, in form of compensation. The missing dish took the normal time (ie not expedited) but the one sent back because it was cold took nearly until the other dish had been finished and the dessert that the manager was going to make himself immediately (his words) took another 5 minutes after we’d finished everything else. As said in the title, the food is of usual Wagamama quality when served hot (hence 2 stars), but something needs to be done about the service, which is quite frankly appalling. In the meantime, we’ll get our monthly Wagamama fix at other restaurants.

My friends, who are in love with this place, recommended it to me. Although I was unsure of their vegan options I went for it and I'm really satisfied. Both ramen and dessert were delicious. Well done!

Wonderful Manager, slight wait outside as we visited on a Friday teatime. We were kept up to date on waiting times and was soon seated in a lovely booth. The decor is modern great, loud, busy atmosphere, gracious staff and fantastic food ? The food was hot and portions were good. The young man who served us was very knowledgeable on the ingredients in one of my choices and our food arrived promptly.

Wagamama Bracknell are always very accommodating when it comes to families with small children. They offer high chairs, crayons and a kids colouring menu. The staff are most friendly and helpful, and the service is relatively quick so it’s great for when you’re really hungry and just need to pop in for a quick bite. We love the bench style seating and the slightly dim hanging lights, it gives the restaurant a nice urban feel. The menu is great, they continue to add new dishes. There’s a wide range of flavours and types of dishes; from rice dishes to noodles, soups, bowls, salads. The starters and sides are all very tasty too. The kids menu is amazing, there’s quite a bit of variety and good portions. And it’s not your typical kids chicken nuggets and chips, they have noodles with tofu and veg (for example), it’s great. It’s nice to see the chefs right in front of the seating area cooking all of the food fresh. It looks like there are good kitchen practices, cleanliness, and hygiene (one of the reasons why we love this restaurant). On this particular visit there was an issue with one of the dishes ordered but the waitress was extremely understanding and quick to get it rectified, and even took this item off the bill despite us saying not to. And she offered a sincere apology for the inconvenience and impacts it caused to our lunching experience which was really nice to hear. We love coming to Wagamama in The Lexicon, it’s a great pit stop when doing the weekend shopping.
