Don’t go here for a vegan coffee.Went for the vegan mince pie and coffee offer as an early morning last day of holiday treat. Coffee came with soya milk capsules! Which wasn’t made clear before paid and coffee poured. We had a carton of soya milk in the hotel so used that instead, but the coffee was so strong the amount of milk needed made it practically cold. The mince pies were cold too. So basically very expensive mince pies as had to go to a coffee shop for a proper soya cappuccino.

There was a short queue but the staff were so efficient I was served within minutes. Coffee and caramel custard doughnut were delicious. What's not to love about Gregg's!? ?

Usual prices but staff service is hit or miss. Waiting time can be bad in the morning and then even worse when they have run out of bacon or Steak bakes, or even milk for the coffee......

Planned my trip along the motorway to come here for a breakfast roll and was turned away empty handed at 10:52am saying "breakfast is closed, we've ran out of bacon sorry".Breakfast doesn't close until 11am!One of those staff members clearly wasn't keeping an eye on brekafast supply and left it too late to cook more.Now I lose out because of there error.Not coming back here.
Great choice and selection of products but service a bit slow when busy as there were only two people taking and processing orders

Spent over £20 and all the food was greeting cold. Not one bit of warmth to any of it even the fresh breakfast batch with sausage and bacon were freezing cold. Do not recommend and the worst greggs I have ever had. Needless to say me And my family are still hungry on a long journey ?
