Ordered fish and chips online using the app and to pick up order in person. I had hoped that the 15% discount offered would result in a saving! Don't bother as the order ended up costing more than had I ordered inhouse after the addition of their service fee and their packing fee.Also the fish on this occasion was very greasy with more batter than fish. Very disappointing and considering whether I will go again.Very disappointing.

Ordered online on their website. Very good value and cooked properly, not greasy like many others in the area. Generous large chip portion comfortably enough for 2-3 people. Staff were working hard but ignored anyone walking in until they were ready to acknowledge them which was a little disappointing, but if fewer staff helps keep the prices down then I can live with that. 2 young ladies who were supposed to be serving, casually sat around having a natter whilst the food I was supposed to be delivering was sitting there getting cold. There was a guy that was doing the cooking behind them who I assume is the manager or owner. I could see him watching them...I can only assume that they don't make enough money if you order via one of the food delivery companies, so I would urge them to stop offering the service if you don't care about the end customer! (Remember, the Driver should also be treated as a proxy for the customer in my opinion)I would not recommend ordering from here if you are using one of the food delivery services. I can't really say much about the food as I have never tried it.

Good value and decent food. Nice to have the option of pollock on the menu. Nice crisp batter on the fish and neither the fish or chips were greasy. Pollock, small chips and mushy peas cost £9.60.The ladies serving were polite and helpful but the guy doing the frying seemed annoyed that I ordered pollock rather than having one of the several pieces of cod he had pre-cooked in the cabinet - which looked to have been there some time already as the shop wasn’t busy.I would always rather wait a few minutes and have freshly cooked fish rather than something that has been sitting there drying out and deteriorating for the last hour or half-hour, and I’m sure most customers would feel the same.Wheelchair accessibility: No

Used to think this was a nice fish and chip shop. Service is now shockingly bad. Apparently you have to use their app or you have 30 plus minute wait just for cod and chips. The world has gone mad.

Popped in at about 8 pm asked for steak and kidney pue but only had one chicken and mushroom pie left .So had that got home 5 mins later ,Pie was very dry Bottom off pie was rock hard and dark brown like it been there for days ,totally inedible so gave it to my dog definitely worst pie I've ever bought never again il.go to sandhurst instead

Very disappointed. By the time we got it home, the batter was soggy, basically inedible. When I lifted the fish to put it on the plate it was dripping with oil. The chips were under cooked and soggy. The only good thing was when the batter was removed, the piece of cod was lovely and perfectly just cooked. Shame we've used that shop for years.

Food not great, burnt fish cakes and sausage over cooked. Also the lad at the front of house was not presentable at all. Sorry to say it but his hair was greasy and he looked unclean. Can't have that in an establishment serving food. If thats acceptable to the owner then what are his standards. Won't be going again.
