Apparently they have no treats for even though the sign say they do.I asked a member of the 'Team' and I even suggested an alternative of carrots and he told me they had nothing! Hence the one star. And the The Crumpets were cold! Not

Popping in for food is great. Booking an event is nigh on impossible. No-one replies to emails or calls. Very hard work - took 2 visits in person to the pub to get a space organised for my mother’s wake. However once booked they kindly sectioned off a good size area (Monday afternoon). The buffet food was not good but did the job. Went previous week for lunch and it was great so I think they got an event space but it’s not the focus despite big signs everywhere saying book your rent here.

First time visit for me and it was so welcoming. The pub has such a buzz about it, full of all ages and very dog friendly. Surprised by how big it was once inside and the decor is really warm and modern all at the same time. The bar staff were really nice and helped to explain when we were asking about some of their deals.

This year we decided to book Christmas lunch out and decided to book with our local pub. It’s easy to walk too and as there is only 3 of us it made more sense.Having never done Christmas dinner out before we didn’t know what to expect.Wow! It was utterly brilliant. Staggered lunches so it didn’t feel really packed and the atmosphere was lovely. The food was out of this world, all three course were amazing! Loads of food, hot and tasty. Probably the best Christmas dinner I’ve had for a long time!I wouldn’t even hesitate to book here again for Christmas or any other occasion. Thanks to Jay and Becky and the Prince team for taking the stress out of my Christmas Day!

Absolutely useless.Booked a table for a family meal, walked in with my family and stood at the bar for 5 minutes being completely ignored by 3 members of staff that just kept walking past and chatting at the end of the bar.Rude and unacceptable.

Bar staff Sophie was amazing, she could not have been more helpful when it came to choosing a drink. Her sarcasm definitely brightened my day.

My husband and I both had the hunters chicken which was delicious but and value for money but we would have preferred a bigger portion and paid more.

Great food, great service, we all had steak and they were all perfectly cooked by Abs! Recommend!!Parking: Car park attached to the pub. Plenty of space. If full, car park opposite also!
