First KFC in ages because they don't have it where I live (Norway). Was expecting a delay because it was so busy. But the food came within 5-10 mins. And they even apologised for the delay ? The chicken was fresh and hot. The gravy was excellent. Love the fact they have Pepsi Max Cherry (something else they don't have in Norway). I felt stuffed afterwards. In a good way. KFC I miss you xxx

Food and service always good but the place is like a wind tunnel inside, impossible to sit comfortably and be warm in the winter.Ate there in Feb 24 on a windy day and I had a coat and wooly hat on and was still cold.

The chips were ok, the chicken lacked the lovely KFC flavour that I'm used too and the gravy smelled awful. The drink was lovely so probably Pepsi and not Pepsi-max but I didn't mind that.

Some of the worst tasting KFC chicken I've ever had. The touch ordering screens were well in need of a clean and were very slow to operate.

Systems for ordering your food work great, no problems there. That’s about all I can say.If you’re in a rush or have limited time, go to the Burger King adjacent. We waited nearly 45 minutes for a measly salad-less rice box with nothing else in it and a few mini chicken wings.Also, there are no knives or forks- disposable or reusable. Only flimsy wooden spoons, (good for the environment, I guess).Overall, not worth the cost. Other KFC places aren’t even a problem. But this one?This outlet is like the great disappointment. You hear great things and see none of it.Vegetarian options: There are veg options, certainly. The rice dish now available is good for those who avoid look or taste alike alternatives. So long as you don’t mind flavourless salad making up most of the meal.Dietary restrictions: You can make any customizations to most dishes that allow for it, just don’t expect as much food as a normal order. They take it out, make no replacements.
