shabby cafe, surly staff, dirty tables, worst coffee I've ever had, not the slightest hint of coffee flavour, more like a dishcloth rung out into a cup. Total waste of money.

Just ordered a breakfast bap on our way to London for my daughter, the sandwich was completely frozen. Do not eat here sure fire way for food poisoning. Called to let Starbucks know could not get a response for customer service. Have called health and safety.

After standing in the empty Starbucks for a minute to choose what I wanted the server curtly told me to order now ( despite not being in the queue). when requesting tall (repeated 3 times )drinks she rung through the drinks as grande ( I understand with masks on currently it’s difficult to hear but tall and grande sound very different) (£4.50 each). Then when requesting another but the coffee base decaf. This totalled £9. When we said that the size was wrong she then changed the drinks. But instead added a decaf shot costing +0.60p, which I know isn’t a lot but when added to expensive drinks already is. So then it cost £8.80 and we have two small drinks that don’t match the quality usually output by Starbucks. When we questioned it the server was very rude and curt with us saying that the frappes aren’t made in decaf so we have to pay more. And wouldn’t refund. Once more the facilities had been smashed and broken and looked to be in a state. I shall avoid ever going into this particular shop ever again. And perhaps the entire services.

I echo the previous comments about the weak drinks, uncomfortable conditions despite it being warm outside, very cold inside. Have written to UK Starbucks about this and other outlets about the weak drinks, but not convinced they will do anything

Just left this place and won't go back after the server was rude; she thrust a coffee at a customer and he took a sip before realising that it wasn't his. The server told him it was his fault because he should be able to identify different coffee, but from where I was stood, there was no system in place so if a customer is given the wrong order it's not their fault!
Great service, friendly staff, but the worst coffee I've had in a long time! Bitter and thin, hints of scorched milk. £3.75 straight in the bin.

Coffee is always too weak and needs an extra shot. Service quality is marginal. A great selection of sweet snacks and a variety of other snack food. Not overly inspiring but it does suffice.
